Holy God,
We bow before You, confessing there are times our hearts are so burdened with sadness for our fellow man. We do not understand why this mother and daughter were called home to You, but we acknowledge that You are Lord of every situation. We pray for Wade-—that through the darkness, You would be his light; that through the despair, You would be his hope; that through the unrest, You would be his peace. O Lord God, only You are able to bring goodness to a situation wrought with grief and sorrow. We commit Wade to You and praise You for Your faithfulness in all things. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Amen to your powerful prayer, Faith. I believe with you that God will show him the light at the end of his tunnel, make clear His hand as Wade walks through this trial and glorify Himself in Wade in future ministry opportunities.
