I Will Restore Everything
End Times Propehtic Vision ^ | December 17, 2009 | Kim Clement

Posted on 12/23/2009 12:40:12 AM PST by RegulatorCountry

"Who is going to control My children? Who is it that will control what's gonna happen for the youth? Who is it? Though they legislate," God said, "I will break it down. In 2010 there will be a change in the middle of the year, an assassination attempt against your President, which I will cause to hold back three groups that shall rise up. But," the Spirit of God said, "I will be merciful. Then there will be changes in the man's heart, huge changes. There will be a turn to the true Christ, not the false Christ; not the false Christ, the true Christ!

"Liberals will say, 'We are in danger; we are in danger of such a change. Even his countenance has changed, even his eyes have changed.'" God said, "Who do you think that I am? I am the One who can take kings and turn them around by the scruff of their neck. I have the hook that I placed in many kings' mouths and caused them to go into insanity because of their disobedience.

"It shall not be so for this nation I created and brought into existence for My purpose and for My destiny," says the Spirit of God. The Spirit of God said, "I am listening to the rejoicing of My people. For this nation has come to a place of intolerance of Christ because of the system that has misrepresented Him. That system is being crippled," says the Lord, "annihilated. Every kingdom that can be shaken will be shaken."

God said, "The corruption that you have felt, the fear that you have had because of the predictions of a long year of recession, have I not laughed at that and showed you that could not happen? When this prophet prophesied that Ford Motor Company would not go down, it would be a sign to America that I will salvage its heritage. And I will take cars from this nation and I will send them throughout the earth, and you will be known as America the great again.

And God said, "This that has brought fear to your lives," God said, "I will change it over the season. How? It will begin to change over the season." And the Lord says, "As you enter into 2010, I will restore everything that the canker worm has taken away, everything that the grasshopper has stolen from you." God said, "This restoration shall manifest quicker than before. Therefore rejoice tonight! You are My portion," says the Lord!

No replies? This has got to be one of the more controversial “prophecies” I’ve seen in a long time. Specific, too.

Hopefully this was a true vision from God. But we must be skeptical.

The language is striking. "Who do you think that I am? I am the One."

Kim Clement has always struck me as something other than Christian. He's very unconventional, even counterculture. I'll be watching this one, and if it doesn't prove false, I'll reconsider the skepticism I've held for years about him. If it does prove false, then the skepticism is confirmed.

He's certainly been specific.

Really? We're suppose to reply to "prophecies"? This is where you're at? Okay, there are other who will do the heavy lifting while you wait for end times. Pfft.

Posting a prophecy from an erstwhile prophet, and a controversial one at that, for commentary on the Religion Forum, is not exactly a new phenomenon, A Navy Vet.

Feel free to not click on the thread.

It is different. The guy’s claiming to have prophesied that Ford Motor Company would not fall as have the other domestics. He’s also prophesying a failed assassination attempt and a big about face as a result, for Obama. Whether you accept this sort of thing or not, that’s interesting.

This may not count as a prophecy, but I predict this dummy is going to get a visit from the US Secret Service. The Obamanites are such paranoid freaks that they will consider anything that hints about someone taking a shot at their Messiah to be in the nature of a threat.

They might even put out an arrest warrant for God.

this is crap. God doesn’t say “huge”. He might say “huge-eth”. if this “prophet” has ever been wrong ONCE, she is to die according to the old testament because she is a false prophet. i wonder if anyone has checked.

You guys are choking on form. So what the dark purple studio - it's called The Den. Do you want a Den to be nice and sunny? Kim did speak of Ford being the only of the three to turn around and grow - LAST YEAR BEFORE BAILOUTS AND BEFORE FORD REFUSED BAILOUT AND WAS AT $1. I know - I almost bought when I read this (couldn't because laid off and didn't have money). Look at the substance. I know the mention of assassination will certainly bring scrutiny. But God's a big boy and can handle Himself and one of His children. If it is of God, it will come to pass. I, for one, laugh at God's 'foolishness confounding the wise' as the verse says - if Obama has a Damascus conversion (non-Bible readers - story of Saul being smitten by God on the way to Damascus and becoming Paul the Apostle). It would absolutely drive the Left, Liberals, Dems and Demons berserk. God has a funny way of messing up Man's plans. (like blizzards during AGW meetings)

Clement is a proven, serial, false prophet. In Old Testament times, hbe would be stoned to death. In New Testament times we are commanded to ignore his “prophecies”, and separate from him.

Hey AMPG - Do you have a list or url for that proof. Having grown up around this, I am always leary of 'Thus Sayeth the Lord' but also know that God can and does use men and women with the Gifts of the Spirit (ok Calvanists - chill).
Kim has on his website a page where he goes through what he said compared to what happened. Check it out. Like the Ford thing.

I am keeping an open mind about it, time4good. But, in all honesty, I’ve long been suspcious of him. Entirely too worldly in his appeal. Some defend that, that it’s part of his outreach and his ministry.

He does minister to Detroit at least once a month, so he does have the courage of his convictions. I’m just not certain that those convictions are Christian. There is just something dark about this, there always has been, and he seems to feed off of it.

As I said, time will tell the tale. This one will get a great deal of scrutiny.

I could have believed it up until this part, ain't no way that Obama, the dark lord, master of the underworld, Stalin wanna-be, communist-marxist, Satan's disciple and overall evil person is going to find Christ.

Well, to run with that, not all visions are from the Lord, and some spirits are deceiving. I'd go so far as to say that most visions aren't of Him, and most spirits deceive. That's why we're to test them, and why false prophets were stoned in Old Testament times.

But, one could still go with Biblical prophecy, and see a potential fulfillment of this from a different angle. Recovering from a grievous wound? Sound familiar? Not that I believe this to be the case, but it's something to ponder.

That's another reason why I posted a thread on this prophecy. So many things going on with it, potentially. It's either a powerful Word from the Lord, an amazingly deluded cry for attention, or a very brazen attempt to deceive believers into following an anti-Christ. No middle ground on it, and that is unusual. Most such "prophecies" are vague. The pedal's to the metal here, and not just speaking of Ford Motor Company.

Kim Clement has a decided otherness about him, steeped in pop culture with a dark tinge, and is speaking as much to the political as he is to the spiritual. His “prophecy” falls right in line with what many have prayed and hoped for, even here on FR, so the passages you cite could very well apply.

But, now isn’t the time to make that determination. We’ll know soon enough. 2010 is just over a week away, and the middle of the year is just six months.

It would be an astounding turn of events. I’d still have strong concerns even if it does happen, though.

The one I’ve seen the most would be the Toyota HiLux, a four door pickup truck with a small diesel engine, sold everywhere but the US apparently. Nearly ubiquitous in many nations, and on some entire continents. I know our troops have learned to hate seeing them in Iraq, it’s a very popular vehicle with the insurgency. Utility, economy and reliability appeals to all sorts, I guess.

Reg, Yes, I too will wait and see. I watch closely and try to separate style from attitude. If they speak of God's holiness and are humble in their proclamation, and me knowing that God does things not according to Man so I don't choke on 'is this conventional wisdom?', then that's a start - given that it doesn't violoate God's nature of righteousness and holiness. Also a flag is raised when someone seems to be glory seeking 'look at me, I'm uniquely gifted' - God doesn't share His glory nor are his gifts unique for an individual - He only requires a humble and obedient servant.

We'll see. Again, God can save the vilest(sp?) of sinners, me being no better. So if Obama had a Nebuchanezzar experience - great!

Are you aware of this:

In Clements book Call Me Crazy but I’m Hearing God:  he describes his childhood in South Africa growing up in a home where his mother was a spiritist and would take young Kim to psychics. He came to love what he called a "mystical atmosphere" he felt when visiting the family psychic. He had powers from the time he was eight-years-old & heard voices giving him information that he considered helpful. These familiar spirits helped him with his music lessons – he was a child prodigy with the piano. Growing up in Africa he testifies that he enjoyed "Voodoo rhythms" and he incorporates those into his prophetic performance.

That explains the darkness that's always surrounded him. The question is, does he reject it or still welcome it? It's almost the same presence as was on that stage with the Obama family back in January. Even people who don't pay much attention thought that whole thing was sort of spooky; some blamed it on Michelle Obama's peculiar choice of clothing, that black widow spider dress.

I hear you. For all my years, I know, as Paul talks about, that all things on this earth can be used for God's glory and in His holiness, and it's our weak fleshly minds that corrupt them, as Paul states about him eating meat offered to idols - and he's fine with it and does so in clear conscience, knowing that there's no such other gods except God but it's his weak brothers and unbelievers that would stumble - so he chooses the 'better' path of restraining in front of them. Given that, I know that God can use whatever He chooses but yes, as to your point and Kim's account, if things once used for and taken from demonic scenarios, it'd have to be a real strong direction from God, a la Ezekiel or Habakkuk to use something profane for God's purposes.
I'm not taking your account as 100%, simply because you state it, but as Paul admonishes - I'll certainly look into it. I don't read that Kim's heart is in the wrong place or he's false as not knowing Christ. But what is 'prophetic' and what is stated from the flesh is what must be rightly discerned.
Thanks.
