1. You haven't told me how it contradicts. on the contrary kecharitomene indicates it, indicating she was filled with sanctifying grace from God from the very moment of her creation, all thanks to God, her creator
2. Just as much as the TRinity is written between the lines and how the "rapture" isn't.
3. Yes -- it's mentioned in the works of Irenaeus of Lyons and in the works of St. Augustine.
