Can you make the Rosary beads do some magic and get rid of Obama? The Rosary is about prayer and meditation on the life of Christ; it's about growth in personal holiness and devotion to God. It's not magic.
That we be delivered from the 0bammunists is indeed a worthy petition, for which all Christians should pray constantly. If the Rosary isn't your particular cup of tea, I'd ask that you offer your prayers in a manner more suited to your spiritual tastes.
