you reaganaut, pick up anything ... just to throw
Attributing motive to another Freeper is a form of "making it personal."
Discuss the issues all you want, but do not make it personal.

BTW, why does the temple in ST George, UT, (one of the many, many many LDS temples)NOT have a moroni thingy on top, but a weather vane. At the right angle it looks just like a.....(gasp)....cross!

You are right! I never noticed that! Even when I was there. ADHD strikes back.

All the times I have been in SG, I never noticed that. I’ll take a look next time.

The fact that you are allowed to continue it is the reason I no longer donate here. - - - - - But you STILL TAKE UP BANDWIDTH POSTING ON THE REST OF FR????
That must make you a thief, or expecting welfare, or selfish
LL, lets get something straight, WE HAVE A RIGHT TO SPEAK OUT AGAINST THAT CULT JUST AS YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO SPEAK OUT IN FAVOR OF IT.
FREE SPEECH WORKS BOTH WAYS!!!

The Mormon PROSELYTIZING that went on here for years unchallenged was disgusting.

Or you don’t want to be offended by what truth is revealed about lds, when you claim they are lies, then tell us what is truth in your mind, rather than insults to the posters and innuendo.
- - - - -
Excellent point. Care to point out some of the ‘lies’, LL?
SV, I am always amazed at how the LDS will just dismiss anything they don’t want to hear as ‘anti Mormon lies’ without actually researching it.
I know, I did it too. Until one day someone challenged me to specifically show them the lies and I couldn’t.

I hear you, although I would urge you to resume donating. Despite some warts, this site and this forum (Religion) are rarities in the online world, and we are very fortunate to have them.
You are not alone. Some of us have been speaking out about this issue for some time, and I hope we will continue to do so.

Which is why I spend so much time exposing thier teachings and practices. AS A WHOLE, the LDS church is trouble and not Christian and frankly, evil.
Now the members? Them I pity and pray for.

Truth is still truth, lies are still lies
- - - -
And SVCW is busy exposing the lies of Mormonism and telling them the TRUTH about Christ.
