Uh, no, you weren't ordained a Catholic anything. You are dressing up in play-clothes and play-acting just like you did when you were five years old.
And that's the truth! ((raspberry))

group loyal to the church in its teachings and rituals but denounced by the church for its belief that women, too, can be priests. There's a gaping contradiction in that statement. You can hardly be considered "loyal" to teachings if you actively oppose the teachings.

Iowa City can be like that...

"Were growing very quickly, and the people are accepting us, Roman Catholic Woman Bishop, Bridget Mary Meehan said."It shouldn't be the people you are seeking acceptance from.

First, I’m not a member of the Catholic faith.
Second, I dont care who you are, if you dont believe according to the traditions of the teachings you follow, it is rude to call yourself one of the followers of that faith.

She also pointed out that women were allowed to be ordained in the early history of the Catholic Church
Never heard of such thing.

The Church needs to start pursuing these succubus phonies and drive them to speaking the truth about themselves.

Well gee I could say I am the POTUS too, and in this day and age I could probably get followers without too much effort. However that does not make it valid. People live in their own little bubble.

I won't give those folks an email address ... The solution: Trash Mail.
You can select for a disposable e-mail addy from one of the following domains: kurzepost.de, objectmail.com, proxymail.eu, rcpt.at, trash-mail.at, trashmail.at, trashmail.me, trashmail.net, wegwerfmail.de, wegwerfmail.net or wegwerfmail.org
Or, you could use mailinator for a truly anonymous comment.
There are plenty of options if you don't want to give your real e-mail addy.

Were growing very quickly, and the people are accepting us, Roman Catholic Woman Bishop, Bridget Mary Meehan said. Be careful, Bridget. Some quotes you might find of interest:
"Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe to stumble, it would be better for him if, with a heavy millstone hung around his neck, he had been cast into the sea."
- Mark 9:42 "the road to hell is paved with the skulls of bishops"
- Attributed to St. John Chrysostom
Oh and yes, I admit that Jesus used the appelation "he", but hopefully you won't dismiss that outright...

Nowhere in the article does it state WHO did the ordaining. We need to know if it is a real or pretend bishop. If she managed to get a validly ordained Bishop (say from the Old Catholics) to play along, the followers of said Bishop ought to know. If she pretended to ordaine herself, then she becomes a Dennis Rodman level farce.

Actually, her “calling” is to be burned at the stake after suitable and extensive, ummmm, inquiry.
