Metmom has had allergies and food allergies her entire life. In the last few years they have gotten steadily and progressively worse. Foods have been dropping out of her diet until she reached the point she is at now and can only eat rice, chicken, lamb, and venison. Anything else causes her to react rather destructively, debilitatingly.
The problem is that the repeated continual exposure to the few remaining foods, could lead to a sensitivity to those as well, which has just happened to two foods she had been safely eating since October.
There are options for nutrition should she start to react to all foods, but they are used only in the most dire situations. She's concerned about reaching that point--and frankly has been feeling more than a little discouraged by all such.
She has undergone extensive medical testing which has all been inconclusive. Almost everything comes back normal or negative, and the few things that she does test positive for aren’t what causes her the most problems.
She is attempting to get into a regional medical center for more specialized medical evaluation to see if they can determine the cause and possible treatment, if any exists.
She has been prayed for and anointed numerous times over the years, however, she would appreciated continued prayer for complete healing.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND HER PLIGHT with as much empathy as you can. She's been through a 1,001 suggestions and tried a LOT of different things. She's been through the Henry Wright seminar and prayers extensively. I don't think she is quite up to handling any more suggestions currently. Those who've been through such can understand such a feeling. She just greatly would appreciate your understanding and PARTICULARLY YOUR CARING PRAYERS.
This summary is per my understanding and might be stated somewhat differently were she writing it herself. I believe she'd affirm the truth of what I've said but these are essentially my words.

If I recall, he credits his health to
a. The grace and mercy of God in Christ Jesus
b. Years of absolutely exhaustive research and much trial and error.
Similarly, the doctors shrugged their shoulders and said, "Sorry." So he had no choice but to try to figure out the puzzle himself.
As a result, he knows a LOT of stuff.
Prayers up that a solution can be found quickly that permits you to eat good food and be with us for a long, long time.

Prayers for complete healing.
Yesterday was the first time I'd been back to any Dr in fourteen months....Have been feeling great! Except for a treatable yeast infection, which manifest itself in hives, am doing very well.
D3 boosts the immune system, allergies are all related to a dysfunction of immune system. A study in Norway says it's not a true vitamin, but is a endocrine produced/used by the skin. Everyone I know who has been taking it has had a miraculous healing....and it's cheap. Sure takes care of SAD. Dad's Oncologist, after seeing his healing, is recommending it to his patients.

What is her diagnosis for this? What has been tried? Not meaning to offer suggestions, but as a nurse, I find most people are way over-medicated and then their body just goes nuts! I have a friend experiencing this now.
For our audience Australian researchers determined there are just 3 small peptides on the gluten protein molecule that cause all the trouble. 1 of them is present in all three of the named grains. 1 is present on just two. Another 1 is present in just one.
