ou often hear it said that, "Islam means peace." This comes not just from Muslims, but from our own politicians. George W. Bush said that Islam is a, "Religion of Peace."
You hear that Islam is a faith which should be respected, and the US has gone to extraordinary lengths to avoid offending Muslim sensibilities in the Iraq and Afghanistan.
We also hear over and over that Muslim terrorists have "hijacked" or "misunderstood" their religion. Only a tiny portion of Muslims are terrorists, so they must just be a loony fringe. Any group that contains over a billion people is bound to have a fair number of whackos, so it's not fair to use their actions to paint the whole group.

I have no idea what portion of islam is involved in terrorism. I do know it is a sufficient portion to keep the rest quiet and scared
Islam means ‘submission’. I heard a former member say it means peace only in the ‘the beatings will stop when you become one of us’ way.
If everyone is Muslim, of the exact same sect, and those pesky females are behaving themselves - possibly temporary peace, maybe.

Islam is a system of life. It’s not a religion.
Followers are taught to lie to infidels. Infidel defined: anyone who is not a Muslim.
Therefore, the system of life has no problem calling itself a religion for the purpose of infiltration and subsequently instituting Sharia wherever it deems necessary.
And, the bonus of tax free while carrying on their mission is good for business.
And, by the way entirely too many Muslims are on the dole in America. Just arrived in the last 10 years courtesy of Bush and Obambi.

Honor killing of family, FAMILY, If they will kill their daughter for not marrying her 56 year old Uncle, what do you think they will do to you?
Islam is peace. However, peace to them can only occur with worldwide Caliphate. So the nut bars are not lying when they say they are the religion of peace.
My thinking is their definition of "peace" is world wide observation of Sharia law.
Islam = Sumbission is TRUE.

In Islam, Peace means lack of conflict not tolerance towards others.
A moderate muslim means one who thinks non-muslims shouldn’t be allowed to vote and should be the slaves of muslims.
A radical believes all non-muslims must convert or die.
Their religion’s promise of peace is only fulfilled when Islam has dominion over the entire earth and all the people that live upon it.
