Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. The man said, “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called ‘woman,’ for she was taken out of man.” For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh. THE MAN AND HIS WIFE were both naked, and they felt no shame. Genesis 2:22-25

I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of THOSE WHO HAD BEEN BEHEADED because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
(The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) THIS IS THE FIRST RESURRECTION. Revelation 20:41, 42

(Yes...I was in a hurry)
Unless you get married, you can’t enter the “celestial kingdom.” And what does that mean? That means, per Mormon leaders, you can’t live with Heavenly Father in his presence forever. Single, never-married people — per Mormonism — are shut out living with God forever...Including those who died young. [And here Mormons tout how “fair” baptism for the dead is!]

So the parable of the Pearl of Great Price and the PoP of LDS mean nothing then?
I mean, there are additional qualifications to enter heaven such as marrying. What if you marry the wrong person? Surely God has an idea of who exactly you should be bound to.
If you divorce and never remarry is your eligibility for entrance to heaven now at risk or completely void?
Who defines marriage? What are the definitions? Is there a litmus test for motivation and how do we know if the motivation for our desire to marry another person is valid or correct in God’s eyes?
Seems unfair. I have no intention of marrying.
Might well keep running,
If I’m going to hell,
and run so fast the Devil never hears my name.....
