I understand perfectly well what you are saying. I am saying you are wrong and unbiblical on a very basic thing - salvation by grace through faith.

Legalization is probably the only issue where I am not “conservative”. I feel that the wasteful spending on the war on drugs is not wise. Marijuana is on the same plane as alcohol, imo. I do not support full drug legalization.

I would consider it proof you are not a Christian. Christians are not to be unequally yoked. A sin, no, but not evidence of a believer either.

I am also fluent in other languages - Latin, French, German, Serbian, and have a working knowledge of several other languages including Egyptian (all 3 forms), Old and Middle English, Old French and Akkadian. I just listed Greek and Hebrew because those were related to the topic at hand. Degrees in Biblical studies, theology, and advanced degrees in Ancient History and Medieval History.

The apostle James was talking to people who were professing to know God based on their own knowledge and experiences. He was simply saying, "Whoop-te-doo, so what, what you are saying is so obvious that even demons know that." He was not calling them demons, and I'm certainly not calling you a demon (actually all I did was quote a verse of scripture).
Pontius Pilate asked of Jesus, "What is truth?" He never realized truth was the very man he was talking to; Jesus Christ.

LOL! I live in Mesa, AZ...I kinda know...Gotta love em though...seriously I have a real heart for many of them..I know so many truly love the Lord, but they have been so misguided on His Word. I know they have been taught to know a different god...in a sense. But, If they could just experience the truth of the real Word, they would be set free. And believe me, I have seen many LDS set free to the bondage of that religion.

LOL it can be. IIRC, it was colorcountry who told a story about how her and her husband went to their grandmothers to find out if they were related or not on their second date.
