yes the Pope and all Catholics, and other Christians are on the side of God. Now you’re not with us, right? Keep on fighting against Christianity...

Cronos, your responses are on the level of, "I'm rubber, you're glue, everything you say bounces off me..." Don't make this personal.

What I am saying is that the "pope", by virtue of the fact that he adheres to sacerdotalism, is not on the side of the Scriptures which hold that there is One mediator between man and God, the Man-Christ Jesus. No private interpretation is necessary to understand that this precludes anyone who claims a role as a "priest".

As a believer in Jesus Christ, I am bound by the Scriptures and am encouraging the pope to be careful about claiming to perform exorcisms because the seven sons of Sceva thought they could do such things (and were on the wrong side of the argument) and got their butts whipped. The pope might be next.

Now, one more time, I am not fighting Christianity. I am carefully saying that your pope misunderstands the Scriptures. He may very well be among the elect, but he certainly doesn't teach the gospel of grace Paul describes in his letters.
