Here me out before you conclude. I have a rational argument for what I am proposing.
In WWII, to defeat Japan America used psychological warfare as part of the battle. They knew that the ultimate destruction of the Japanese Empire at that time was to defame their leader/god figure. By humiliating him on national television forcing him to claim to the world that he is indeed not god and that he has been defeated allowed Japan to succeed and renew in the future. What we did is why Japan is such a successful country today.
Islam is using that exact same psychological tactic we used on the Japanese and they are winning by playing on our political correctness.
The Republican Platform speaks incorrectly as Islam being a religion of peace. While some ignorant Muslims may indeed be peaceful, this is not consistent Islaimic thinking according to the Hadith and even the Koran itself.
Politically speaking, I propose more of a military force by our government. Should Islamic Terrorists mess with us simply one more time. If they scratch their nose in the wrong direction. Should they bomb another building, whatever it may be, we need to destroy the religion of Islam forever.
By doing this we need to send fighter jets to vaporize that kaaba in Mecca. If the kaaba is vaporized through military bombings, then Islam the religion will die and then and only then, can we start the peace in the middle east and eliminate terrorism in the World and at home here in America.

Another possibility: provide every girl and woman of marriageable age in the muslim world with a 9mm semiauto pistol and 100 rounds of 9mm ammunition. Total cost would be around 70B USD and it would probably eliminate Islam from the planet.

I’ll tell you the one reason this is really although philosophically a great plan, impossible as practical reality.
If we were to do this, Muslims the world over would unleash hell on any Christian, Jew or Other in their area, causing millions to die from that genocide.
I for one wouldn’t want to be responsible for that. It would be very costly and difficult to mitigate those genocidal circumstances from happening in advance.
We don’t wonder what side “obama” (or whatever his name is) is on; we already know. He is playing for the other side—the side of Hell and all of America’s enemies.
It would be really, really nice to wipe off the face of the earth every, single muzzie shrine, but that will still not stop the vermin of Ishmael. The only thing that will ultimately stop them is the return of the Lord. He is going to fire the whole world up, and they ain’t gonna like it (in fact, most of the people of the world will not like the Lord’s return, AT ALL).
We have a few options. IMO, the number one option should be to cease recognizing Islam as a religion and treat it as a political/governmental movement.
The liberal/statists/utopians that are infecting this country would have you believe that we can peacefully coexist alongside Muslims. That belief will be the end of this country.
Islam and Christianity/Western Culture/Judeo-Christain government principles are INCOMPATIBLE.
You know you’re right, the day this happens every muslim in every country will just give up their religion. I guess for a while they will wander around with no religion. Then they will all have to become Christians and when you ask them they will say “Well, that Kaaba got destroyed, so I guess ole Muhammed was a lyin”. It’ll be great just think in Afghanistan no more Taliban, no more Al Queda. They will have no religion any more. I wonder if Amadinejad in Iran will give up nuclear weapons too because after all with no more belief in Islam, there will be no more motivation to eliminate Israel, they can become friendly with Israel. It’ll be great because they may take that Grand Mosque in Istanbul and turn it back into Saint Sofia Cathedral. I wonder what they will do with all the mosques in America when they all give up their religion, who cares, maybe bowling alleys or Chuck E Cheeses. I guess they won’t get mad at us or anything over this because after all we will logically have shown them that their religion is false and they’ll just give up so no basis for any retaliation or anger, just imagine even the Saudis who safeguard that faith will have to just drop the whole thing. It certainly does seem you have propounded the means by which we can put that entire religion out of business pronto. Thank you.

BTW further to my post, considering this is your first day on Free Republic and you stepped forward to announce a plan by which the muslim religion will be eliminated so quickly and efficiently, We ceratinly at least should know every March 2 as “Jean Cauvin Day” and it will be a great day for celebrations perhaps even the former muslims will give special reverence to this day. If, of course the plan is adopted and carried out, nonetheless I think just for the idea a day of recognition is merited.

You have to have a world leader that is willing to do this. Currently we have no such leader.

The whole of the existence of Islam is about forcing others to submit to their “religion”. They have proven time and again that they will kill those who don’t. The ones who haven’t done so certainly support the ones who do, or will. Against such enemies a course of appeasement or inaction will ultimately doom us. The strongest possible attack might well bring on the result you mentioned. The thing is, it might be possible to resist the backlash now. If, in desperation, it is resorted to later, it might not be.
Not a problem there will not be a conflict, because 9/12 remains available for the commemoration of TigersEye Day. However, I am concerned because this means the idea has circulated some time without action. Then again, we cannot expect something this momentous to be achieved over night.
Bombing Mecca and making it unlivable will be a fatal blow to the deathcult.

I proposed it as well, but not by bombing. That is too obvious. We have the technology to crumble that already crumbling structure using sonic pulses. It is only held together by a band of gold metal strapping. The covering over it hides the damage. A sonic blast would be invisible and unlike a bomb, no real discernable sound except a possible hum. As superstitious as these people are, they would think it was a supernatural act...that allah had forsaken them. A dentist’s minor sonic pulse can bust through plaque on teeth breaking it to small bits of dust.
Imagine a strange humming sound from seemingly nowhere that crumbles already crumbling spacerock into dust.
I’m pretty sure they had radio and newspaper. Propaganda is a big part of war. If anything can be done to deplete morale, so be it. Nukes are pretty good at doing just that. Nothing depletes morale like watching half your homeland turn to radioactive ash. If it’s a religious focal point for the enemy, even better.

I don't believe this is true. Muslims are very simple - and very literal. That's why they do what they do. If the Kaaba was destroyed, they would believe Allah had abandoned them or was dead. They don't think like modern people - they think like people 1400 years ago.
