Prayer Request
03/26/2012 | EnglishCon

Posted on 03/28/2012 1:08:50 PM PDT by EnglishCon

Going to beg indulgence for a prayer.

My Father in Law is pushing 90. He has been in and out of hospital for the past 6 months and no one knows (or admits) what is wrong with him. Most likely it is just age.

But still, he is a much loved person, so if you have a moment to pray for him, I request it.

You guys have me crying - pure gratitude, I promise.

I'll tell you a bit about him. He is a high ranked Italian Army soldier.
During the War, he walked 350 miles to join his father in the resistance to the Germans, then was active as a partisan until the war ended.
After the war, he was a CIA liaison for years, preventing communism taking over Italy.

Wow - sounds like a truly great man. Will be praying that you, your family and doctors can find out what is really going on with his health, and that he will be blessed with more years to enjoy.

I will pray for your beloved Father in Law. I will also say a prayer for you... I know it is hard to see parents age and get sick/weak.
