Imaginative indeed! Unscriptural but nonetheless imaginative. And unfortunately not “Following the truth” as no such “compartments” are called part of Hades, Sheol in the Scriptures and Christ was resurrected as a spirit person not as spirit plus body united according to Paul in 1 Cor. 15.
Speaking of God’s word, Jesus called it the “truth” to follow as at 1 Cor. 15:45,50.
“And unfortunately not Following the truth as no such compartments are called part of Hades, Sheol in the Scriptures and Christ was resurrected as a spirit person not as spirit plus body united according to Paul in 1 Cor. 15.
Am I understanding you correctly - that you are saying Christ was resurrected as a spirit person - according the St. Paul in Corinthians, Chapter 15?
I am lookinbg at my “New Jerusalem Bible”, Cor. ch. 15 - the heading is “THE RESURRECTION OF THE DEAD.”
Paul is emphatic that Jesus was raised from the dead and he states in verses 12-14, “If there is no resurrection of the dead, then Christ cannot have been raised either, and if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is without substance, and so is your faith.”
The Gospels relate the story of Thomas who stated he would not believe the resurrection of Jesus until he/Thomas put his fingers into the holes of His hands, and put his hand into the wounded side of Jesus.
And we also read about the first manifestation of the risen Jesus on the road to Emmaus when Jesus actually shared a supper with two of his disciples.
I am curious, as I am not certain about your posting regarding he resurrected Jesus as a “spirit person”. Perhaps I am nisinterpretting what you posted?
