Remember how we must live and to who all the praises we must give.

TO ALL,

GOD IS GREAT!!

HE knows our weak points and strong points.

In faith may we continue to cover our weak points with our strong points.

May we pray every day to talk in LOVE. May we read the WORD every day so that our mouths only speak the words of CHRIST. This way we can not speak in words that lead people to sin. May we speak to people only to direct them to the greatness of GOD.

May we pray every day to keep our eyes on JESUS. Keeping in our sight the vision of heaven. Only looking for the LORD until all this is over.

May we pray to the LORD and ask HIM daily to clean our minds, body, soul, and spirit, so that we can better serve HIM.

Nothing is impossible for GOD. Nothing.

Believe, read, ask, and receive. Believe and receive.

GOD's WORD never comes back void.

Love to all in the HOLY PRECIOUS NAME of JESUS:

Please pray the LORD's PRAYER and please read:

JUDE 1: 3-16

3 My dear friends, at a time when I was eagerly looking forward to writing to you about the salvation that we all share, I felt that I must write to you encouraging you to fight hard for the faith which has been once and for all entrusted to God's holy people.

4 Certain people have infiltrated among you, who were long ago marked down for condemnation on this account; without any reverence they pervert the grace of our God to debauchery and deny all religion, rejecting our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.

5 I should like to remind you -- though you have already learnt it once and for all -- that the Lord rescued the nation from Egypt, but afterwards he still destroyed the people who refused to believe him;

6 and the angels who did not keep to the authority they had, but left their appointed sphere, he has kept in darkness in eternal bonds until the judgement of the great Day.

7 Sodom and Gomorrah, too, and the neighbouring towns, who with the same sexual immorality pursued unnatural lusts, are put before us as an example since they are paying the penalty of eternal fire.

8 Nevertheless, these people are doing the same: in their delusions they not only defile their bodies and disregard Authority, but abuse the Glories as well.

9 Not even the archangel Michael, when he was engaged in argument with the devil about the corpse of Moses, dared to denounce him in the language of abuse; all he said was, 'May the Lord rebuke you.'

10 But these people abuse anything they do not understand; and the only things they do understand -- merely by nature like unreasoning animals -- will turn out to be fatal to them.

11 Alas for them, because they have followed Cain; they have thrown themselves into the same delusion as Balaam for a reward; they have been ruined by the same rebellion as Korah -and share the same fate.

12 They are a dangerous hazard at your community meals, coming for the food and quite shamelessly only looking after themselves. They are like the clouds blown about by the winds and bringing no rain, or like autumn trees, barren and uprooted and so twice dead;

13 like wild sea waves with their own shame for foam; or like wandering stars for whom the gloom of darkness is stored up for ever.

14 It was with them in mind that Enoch, the seventh patriarch from Adam, made his prophecy when he said, 'I tell you, the Lord will come with his holy ones in their tens of thousands,

15 to pronounce judgement on all humanity and to sentence the godless for all the godless things they have done, and for all the defiant things said against him by godless sinners.'

16 They are mischief-makers, grumblers governed only by their own desires, with mouths full of boastful talk, ready to flatter others for gain.

GOD BLESS US ALL,

Jesus4life

Um, I like my eyes, my toes, my bones intact, and life to be... well, alive. Don’t take this the wrong way, but I’ll keep my eyes open when crossing the street and trust my own judgement.

Beautifully written!

I will suggest one additional emphasis, if you don’t mind:

Walking with God and talking to God are only two aspects. Listening for God is the hard part.

We pray for guidance. Sometimes we get answered - often as a feeling of great peace and that everything will work out, but sometimes we get answered by being told what to do.

That is when doubt sets in. Are we really being answered, or is what we hear what we want to hear to bolster our self image or our prejudices? We all have prejudices - personal preferences if you prefer.

I try not to bother God. Give daily thanks, commend the souls of the dead or the ones in trouble and pain, but asking for myself is not a regular thing. Yet the few times I have asked, the answer has been clear, to the point and nearly always something that could be chalked up to coincidence.

I’ll give one (fairly old) example. When I first got out of the army, we of course had to move off base and into a rental. Due to a series of problems, after 7 months we were in no position to meet the rent. Utilities in arrears, no food or job.
I broke down and prayed. Didn’t feel his presence. No little voice in my head saying “do this and all will be well.”
Instead, had a knock on the front door that evening. Figuring it was the landlord and it was more honest to just get this over with, I opened it and someone I had never seen before was stood on the step.

“Hi,” she said. “We just moved in to XX address. There were some letters there when we went in, and this one is for you.”
She was in the same house number, different street.
Inside the envelope was a cheque - a tax rebate. It was just about enough to put our heads above water again.

So - coincidence? Or an answered prayer?

AMEN! Thanks for the compliment and added advice.

As long as it’s about the LORD and edifying, then suggest what you feel; it’s all great!!

As far as the aspect of listening to GOD? Maybe not in this post, but GOD has had me mention it here before. Definitely, and definitely agreed.

Love to you and all people in the holy precious name of Jesus.

GOD BLESS US ALL,

Funny, when GOD first had me come on here, this is one of the passages HE had me say to alot of people. It’s also a passage that let me realize in my faith walk that GOD doesn’t always talk directly, but can use anything for HIS answers; we have to be aware spiritually ( which covers mental and physical aspects):

1 CORINTHIANS 1:25-31

25 God’s folly is wiser than human wisdom, and God’s weakness is stronger than human strength.

26 Consider, brothers, how you were called; not many of you are wise by human standards, not many influential, not many from noble families.

27 No, God chose those who by human standards are fools to shame the wise; he chose those who by human standards are weak to shame the strong,

28 those who by human standards are common and contemptible — indeed those who count for nothing — to reduce to nothing all those that do count for something,

29 so that no human being might feel boastful before God.

30 It is by him that you exist in Christ Jesus, who for us was made wisdom from God, and saving justice and holiness and redemption.

31 As scripture says: If anyone wants to boast, let him boast of the Lord.

GOD BLESS US ALL,

Jesus4life
