What makes you think I'm answering a question with a question?

LOL, just kidding. In comment #2 I said I voted for it.

Part of why I'm on about the arguments being used against the amendment is because the Left has been running an exceptionally dishonest and fearmongering campaign against it, which I addressed in an article yesterday.

Sorry, I missed it. Let’s hope it passes. Now that Lugar has been beat, this could be a great night for conservatives.

Did Lugar get beat? Great!!!!!

I’ve been looking for reliable Indiana results online, largely without success (of course, I’m also working on a newsletter and tracking the marriage amendment results as they come in too....)

Marriage amendment is currently winning 57%-43% with 25% of precincts reporting. Good news is that Orange County (very leftist) is completely reported, and Wake (purplish-blue) is 92% reported. The only really large counties that would be anti-amendment strongholds left are Mecklenburg and Durham, which are partially reported but still have quite a bit left. A lot of smaller rural counties, which have been going strongly pro-amendment, have yet to report, which is good.

Good news all around tonight. No wonder Obama cancelled his trip to NC today. I bet the Dems regret holding their convention in NC. I wonder how proud Obama will be of his defense of gay rights when he campaigns in the state.
