Our Merciful Father,

'I Love You, O Lord my Strength.' (Ps.18:1) 'You are Forgiving and Good, O Lord, Abounding in Love to All who Call to You.' (Ps.86:5) Thank You, Lord Jesus, for Dying our Death upon the Cross. Thank You for Your Blood that Gave us New Life. 'Let Everything that hath Breath Praise the Lord!' (Ps.150:6)

Your Excellency, we Lift to You the Heroes of our Land. Our Military Men and Women are our Heroes, and for them we Give You Sweet Praise. Our Shepherd, May Every Precious Life be Kept Safe. 'Show the Wonder of Your Great Love, You Who Save by Your Right Hand those who Take Refuge in You from their Foes. Keep me as the Apple of Your Eye; Hide me in the Shadow of Your Wings from the Wicked who Assail me, from my Mortal Enemies who Surround me.' (Ps.17:7-9) Thank You, our Abba, for these Gifts from Your Loving Hand. May Christ be Dear and Treasured to Every Heart.

Our Master, we Lift to you the Good Men on our Supreme Court. Thank You, Loving Lord, that they Fight to Preserve our Founder's Ideals. Please Bless them, Your Majesty, and Strengthen them Daily in their Work. May the Mind of Christ and Heaven's Wisdom be Granted to them. Please Help them to Never Tire in Doing what is Right. For the Liberals on the Court, we Pray for their Change of Heart. Please Grant them a Revelation of Christ, our Lord of Grace.

For our America, we Pray for Spiritual Renewal from Jesus Christ. Please Forgive our Sins, Father, and Restore us to Godliness Again.

Be Praised and Honored Forevermore, Savior-King. 'Sing to the Lord, You Saints of His; Praise His Holy Name.' (Ps.30:4) We Worship You, O Shepherd Who Cares for His Lambs. In Jesus' Name, be Magnified Forever and Praised, amen.

GEN. GEORGE WASHINGTON AND THE MARQUIS DE LAFAYETTE AT VALLEY FORGE
In the coldest and darkest days of the American Revolution, General George Washington raised his prayers for the survival of his beleaguered Army and of the new Nation. The Lord answered those prayers, upheld his Army through a punishing nadir to everlasting glory and bestowed His manifold benefits upon the new Nation.

In like manner, let our prayers now rise for our heroes in the American military who seek to secure the benefits of Freedom on behalf of a people hungry for them. Father, look on our prayers for them with favor, guide their steps in righteousness and keep them in the shelter of Your Healing Wings. Bless and uphold them in the performance of their Mission. Through Jesus Christ, Your Son, Amen.
