I watched the Exorcist a couple of months ago, I laughed most of the time.
Yeah, the Linda Blair head spin (now) brings a chuckle.
I think my "fear" is compounded by the fact that I read the book when it first came out, and I read it in a fairly dark and spooky environment.

Reading the book can be scarier than watching the movie. After watching the Exorcist I did a lot of research on possession. I did not like what I found. God help us!
