The future was among the arrivals at Newark Airport on Friday, in the form of a computer-generated greeter at the gate.
Travelers met Libby. Shes Newark Airports newest and perhaps most chipper customer service rep. You may have noticed that shes a bit shallow, and shes completely two-faced, but shes always smiling, and she never complains.
Hello, and welcome to Newark Liberty International Airport. You have arrived at Terminal B, the avatar says.

The technology for this prophecy is here, it is already being put into common use, and Revelation 13:15 will soon be fulfilled.
Oh, for cryin’ out loud. Nobody is “worshiping” the thing. It’s a computer like the one you typed your message on.
Are you denying that we’re all doomed?
You just keep right on believing that. But you may want to take a peek at how everything plays out just in case you're wrong.
Well, not everybody is doomed. Many, yes, because of their own choices, but not all.
It's just so uncanny and unbelievable!
Television has been around for over 60 years. I guess "right before" is in Biblical time - about a thousand years?
This isn’t a Caucus thread, but you guys may be interested in this.
Where in the Scripture is television specifically mentioned as something that would signal the return of Christ?
Ping!
What sorts of drugs do these morons take that convinces them that people like shiit like this?
Huh??
Dr. Mori has rediscovered sacred geometry, or maybe discovered it if Japanese culture contains no such guiding aesthetic principle. I suspect it does. However, as any good artist or designer can tell you, too-perfect symmetry goes too far and also falls into what he terms “the uncanny valley.”
If you want to create true beauty, and beauty is after all regarded as the mark of God, you’ll strive for perfect symmetry but throw it off just ever so slightly in some way. This makes it human and of this world, rather than mechanical and sterile and sometimes alarming.
In architecture, this can be as simple as a window or door that subtlely breaks an established rhythm or pattern in the facade. In a dog, a slightly lopsided, goofy grin. In a person, one eye ever so slightly larger than the other or a slightly crooked tooth. Here, too, the undergirding principles of sacred geometry come into play.
There is always a particular proportion at work, even in the apparent imperfections, and that proportion is Pi. A leaf, a flower, a woman’s face, a church, if they’re beautiful the math is there, and if they’re beautiful it’s been thrown off of absolute perfection in some subtle way.
Look around you, and you’ll see it, it’s utterly unavoidable, profound and mundane simultaneously.
You’re right, it’s not worship — it’s something far worse: subservience.
s (note: s-slash-s) Show me where in the bible it talks about computers!! /s
can Libby get me a beer and make me a sammich?
most of us have no difficulty with the "throw it off" part.
It’s the ever so slightly part that most of us blow right past, lol.
Is there a "draw-you-a-picture" feature on FR yet? Not sure how much clearer I can make a simple question on my end.
He did not tell us exactly how that image would come about, just that it would.
Now if the world now has the computer technology to create an image of a person that can speak, and that technology enables Revelation 13:15 to come to pass, which it will, despite all the denials of those who equate the Bible with Aesop's fables, then intelligent, reasonable people, especially those who believe that God tells the truth, can see that technology and know that Revelation 13:15 can now be fulfilled.
God doesn't have to say anything about computers. He told us what will happen, and knew that His people who would be living in the generation in which the prophecy would be fulfilled would see the stage being set and would know what is happening.
It's really just that simple.

Resistance is futile.
It’s really clear you would benefit from a day in the country.
I thought of the porn potential of thos technology, so I guess that means I’m really goong to hell...
The "they" who are busily building a one-world government couldn't care less if people don't like what they're doing. Just like "they" don't care if people don't want to be forced to have their paychecks directly deposited into a bank account instead of getting a paper check, and just like "they" don't care if people don't want their nations bankrupted from massive, intentionally accumulated debt, and just like "they" don't care if people don't want their guns confiscated by the UN, and just like "they" don't care that the majority of Americans don't want a government-run health care system - the "they" will have their new world order, their one-word government, just like God said "they" will, and each and every human being on the planet will live under the jackboots of the "they" and the one man who will run that one-world government.
This thing at Newark airport is simply the beginning of conditioning the people to accept holograms that can talk - just like direct deposit, when it started, was the beginning of conditioning people to accept a cashless society. The stage-setting for the fulfillment of Revelation 13:15 has begun.
It's all incremental, and it's all in the process of coming to pass. Just like God said it will.
Interesting.
Truthfully, there have been speaking images for over a century, now haven't there? It's the interactivity and apparent intelligence of the image that is somewhat disturbing. While I appreciate your keeping watch and attempting to alert people regarding matters of potential prophetic import, a digital greeter in the airport at Newark just doesn't quite rise to the level of alarm that it appears you're attributing to it. A step along the way, perhaps, but it's no herald of the Antichrist.
It's clear that you would benefit from believing God instead of lamely attempting to ridicule and dismiss those who give proof that what God says is absolute truth and the fact that the signs Jesus Christ gave us to look for for His return are in the process of happening.
It's really clear that you would benefit from believing God.
Considering the neighborhood that airport is in, I doubt that they could find any locals that wouldn’t cause complaints - so they were kind of stuck with her. The attitude of the locals out there is FRIGHTENING.
If you think Newark is bad you should try Camden.
That virtual reality chick thingie would probably vote for Obama in November if she could.
You have no idea what is coming regarding Avatars. Shocking technology is in the works.
“That virtual reality chick thingie would probably vote for Obama in November if she could.”
This isn’t Mexico, where only LEGAL people are allowed to vote, and it is ENFORCED...

I’m sure this babe is already registered and will get “some help” filling out here absentee ballot, from the locals there - almost assured.
This fact, combined with all of the other ongoing fulfillment of signs that we were given by Christ for His return and all of the other stage setting, tells us that we are the generation that will see the return of Christ.
Just like direct deposit and debit cards were the rudimentary beginnings of what we now have - injectable RFID chips and tattoos that can be etched on the skin (the Greek word for the "mark" in Revelation means "etching") which carry the same information as the RFID chips, and which enable people to buy things without cards or cash, and the fact that JC Penney is now eliminating cash registers and cashiers in favor of various cashless ways of paying for purchases tells us that when God says that there will be a economic system in place that enables one man to know if a person has taken his mark or not is absolute truth and is in the process of coming to pass. The only way that can happen is if people are forced to make purchases through a computer without using cash.
And JC Penney is only the first to implement this; they will not be the last.
The truth is there for all who want to see it, and the prophecies we were given to watch for for the return of Christ are in the process of happening. This "avatar" at Newark airport is all about conditioning people for acceptance of the future commonality of these things, and for the future "image" spoken of in Revelation 13:15.
Believe it or not - we can either believe God or deny and laugh at the realities of what is happening. We can either take God at His word or reject His warnings.
Jesus said the time of His return would be like the days of Noah. Noah and his family entered the ark alone, with no one else choosing to escape the judgment by believing what God warned. This thread is proof that Jesus' words are absolute fact.
I have absolutely no doubt of that whatsoever.
The technology has existed since the 1950s. So what?
We can either take God at His word or reject His warnings.
What does this mean? If we believe what God says then he won't let it happen?
All I see on this thread are Luddites wringing their hands over a slightly new application of existing technology. It COULD be what's described in the Bible, therefore that technology is EVIL!
There were speaking images in “Gone With The Wind.” That movie came out in the thirties, more than a generation ago. Technology is neither bad nor good, it’s the purpose and the use to which it is put that enters the moral sphere. You’re running the risk of ridicule for crying wolf, here, which is a disservice quite in opposition to your stated intent. Christians running around screaming about a digital greeter in the airport at Newark is crying wolf, no matter how sincere the belief. When the actual wolf arrives, no one will pay any heed due to such prior hysterics. A disservice, as I said.
Why wasn't it put into practical use like it is now? And which of the other signs Jesus gave us was happening in conjunction with the avatar technology in the 1950s?
What does this mean? If we believe what God says then he won't let it happen?
No, everything that God said will happen will happen. The issue is is that when people are warned about what is coming, and when the fact that the events of the Tribulation are beginning to come to pass now, and proof of that is presented to people, will they believe what God said and come to Him for salvation so that they can escape the coming judgment, or will they, like the people in Noah's day, laugh and ridicule and deny and choose to go through the judgment?
All I see on this thread are Luddites wringing their hands over a slightly new application of existing technology. It COULD be what's described in the Bible, therefore that technology is EVIL!
And all I see are people on this thread fulfilling the words of Jesus Christ when He said that the generation that exists when He returns will be like the days of Noah. Like I said on a previous post, Noah and his family went into the ark alone. The people then ignored and ridiculed God's warnings about what was coming just like they do now. They were warned and they chose to go through the judgment.
No one is against technology. But when we have the technology now, in our generation, that is sophisticated enough to put into practical use, and that technology just happens to match the warning in Revelation 13:15, it is the fool who laughs and denies instead of taking God at His word and taking Him seriously and realizing that this current age is rapidly coming to a close and everything that God said will happen will happen.
The facts are there for people who want to see.
I make no apologies for obeying Christ in getting the word out that the time that He makes Himself available for salvation is coming to a close. He Himself said:
If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, because of this the world hates you. Remember the word that I said to you, A slave is not greater than his master. If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you; if they kept My word, they will keep yours also. But all these things they will do to you for My names sake, because they do not know the One who sent Me. If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not have sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin. (John 15:18-22)
I have read the end of the Story, and I know Who wins. This present world system, with it's rejection of Christ and all things having to do with Christ, is coming to an end. And I know the One Who I have to answer to and Who I have to please, and it's not any human being.
For all the ridicule and denial on this thread, there are those who will silently read and take the warnings seriously and will seek Christ because of it. Those are the people who this thread is for.
Gee, Giovanna, I never get that feeling when I go on some of the rides at Disneyworld....do you??
Did you ever see "I Love Lucy" or "Leave it to Beaver" or "The Andy Griffith Show"? The ability to project the image of a person to a large audience has been around for a very long time. This just a different implementation of that idea.
will they believe what God said and come to Him for salvation so that they can escape the coming judgment
I had a conversation on Facebook the other day with a guy who referred to Jesus as a "zombie" and was angry about the idea of different translations of the Bible, since that obviously means the book (that's just a book, of course) is corrupted and meaningless. It will take FAR more than you suggest to turn people like that around.
No one is against technology.
You obviously haven't seen many threads like this on FR.
The facts are there for people who want to see.
That is true, but I don't see how helpful it is to take the latest implementation of iOS, Windows 8, or Linux and start calling the sign of the End Times. We know it's coming, there's no sense in getting all worked up about it.
The rides at Disneyland are understood by all to be part of a theme park that is not meant to be taken as reality.
But when we now have an "image" that can speak and is placed in an environment that is at the moment somewhat alarming and unexpected, that's a horse of a different color. This is an "image" that can speak that is in the process of being normalized as part of everyday life.
So I would really have to say that the rides at Disneyland and the imposition of a speaking "image" at a place where no one paid to see it and no one asked to see it are two completely different issues.
Right. And which of the other signs that Jesus gave for His return were happening at the same time? And how did the primitive technology that existed then affect normal people in their everyday lives?
I had a conversation on Facebook the other day with a guy who referred to Jesus as a "zombie" and was angry about the idea of different translations of the Bible, since that obviously means the book (that's just a book, of course) is corrupted and meaningless. You're right. When this "image" that is spoken of in Revelation 13:15 that the False Prophet forces everyone to worship is made into a reality, that is when the major judgments of the second half of the Tribulation begin, and that will drive millions to salvation. That is, I should clarify, those who have not taken the mark will have the opportunity for salvation. The forced worship of the "image" that speaks will not convince everyone that God told the truth in the Bible.
You obviously haven't seen many threads like this on FR.
I don't care about the other threads. This thread is about the fact that we now have the technology to create an "image" that speaks, and that image is being put into practical use, and people will be conditioned to accept an "image" that speaks so that when Revelation 13:15 comes to pass, millions of people will have no problem in worshiping that "image" of Revelation 13:15 and God will be proven right, yet again.
That is true, but I don't see how helpful it is to take the latest implementation of iOS, Windows 8, or Linux and start calling the sign of the End Times. We know it's coming, there's no sense in getting all worked up about it.
No one is telling you that you have to get "all worked up about it" although those of us who know Christ as Savior and know the signs He gave us for His return and see those signs happening and the stage being set are pretty "worked up" about our Savior returning and carrying out what He said He will do.
And, there are other people who will read about the fact that the stage -setting for the Tribulation is happening right now, and will get "all worked up" about it, and will come to Christ for salvation.
That's what this thread is about. It's about obeying Christ in getting the word out and rescuing the souls of people who choose to believe that God tells the truth.
Nobody here has ever gone to Disney in LA? Went through the Haunted House? Remember those talking heads? Way early technology than this. Anyway I think it’s cool. Now if they had that hologram thing from Star Wars, that’d be something.
I have found this to be the case in people especially when considering what I regard as truly beautiful women. I am always drawn to the less than perfect. This holds true also in the things that people make. I prefer, for instance, older homes, with odd angles and unexpected features.
Punctuate the wall of 1 X 1.6 pictures with an elongated rectangle and an odd oval.
Then view it in the company of a woman whose figure is slightly ecto or endo and whose profile is aquiline.
God has already put enough Golden Spirals in the universe around us.
Sparking fresh concerns on the commercial front was social media behemoth Facebooks acquisition last month of the Israeli technology company Face.com. The acquisition enabled Facebook to implement a feature called tag suggestions, which lets the social networking site use facial recognition technology to make suggestions about who is in a picture. Users can opt out of this service, but the default setting is on.
Everything is coming together and very quickly!
God bless you, mlizzy!

There is nothing stopping you from growing in knowledge (and perhaps Grace), except your arrogance. A closed mind never catches anything.
