The Nazis turn to Mecca
Yussuf Goebbels joining in jihad
The startling revelations that Arab sheikhs attending the Nazi Party Congress at Nuremberg last autumn were told by one "Yussuf Goebbels" ..,
... to return to Arabia and join in the Jehad, since the Mufti of Jerusalem had given permission for the Germans and Italians to be considered allies since their "conversion."... the imams and the mullahs were preaching against taking the infidels to be allies, but since our chief man have returned from the land of the Germans and report that the people there and the viziers and commanders ave accepted Mohammed the Prophet of Allah, the imams and the mullahs now preach in the holy mosques that these be accepted as allies. The exalted Mufti...
Always works out for the best when ya turn to Mecca. Ask the Nazis
Heinrich Himmler’s Remarkable Admiration For Islam: “It Promises Beautiful Women In Heaven”
While they hated the Arabs as a “race,” (whom Hitler called monkeys, even when he met the Mufti in 1941, he refused to shake his hands) they admired the totalitarianism of Islam
On the other hand, Persia became “Iran” in 1935, because the then-Shah was such an admirer of Hitler, he changed it to the Farsi word for “Aryan.”
I imagine Hitler’s plan was to inevitably coax the Turks into creating a new “Ottoman Empire” to rule over the Arabs, and keep them in line.
The nazis like power, they were willing to “compromise” on a purity of aryanism look at their preference to work with the Bosnians over the Serbs, it doesn’t even make sense even in their (anyway) senseless ideology...
It has been decided to convert 25,000 Nazis to Mohammedanism They will be organised in a newly-formed Moslem association, Jamait-e-Muslimin, which already has an understanding with the Mufti, a leader of the Palestinian Arabs.Baron Frederick Elwyn-Jones: "The attack from within: the modern technique of aggression," Penguin Books, 1939, 213 pp.), p. 44
Just compare and contrast how they treated Slavic Slovakia, versus Slavic Poland, and how they gave carte blanche to Slavic Croats.
Neither al-Husseini nor the Ikhwan, as the Muslim Brotherhood is known, could tolerate a Jewish presence in Palestine or anywhere else, for that matter support from the Nazis in the 1930s and 1940s.http://books.google.com/books?id=lMLmK-fmf8kC&pg=PA112&lpg=PA112
Al-Husseini later indicated that without funding from Germany and assistance from the Brotherhood, he could never have engineered the revolt of 1936-1939...
By 1937, al-Husseini was in control of a movement inspired by the Hitler Youth called Al-Jihad Almuquaddas (The Holy Jihad). On 21 July 1937, he visited Hans Döhle, the German Consul in Jerusalem, to express his support for the Nazis' cause and to enlist the Nazis in his own cause.
Weeks later, however, on 13 October, al-Husseini was forced to flee from Palestine to Lebanon because he had become a criminal wanted for inciting insurrection against the British Mandate government.
Working from his new base of operations, in 1938 Haj Amin systematically eliminated his Arab Muslim opponents, including members of the Darwash family and especially members of the Nashashibi family, who had supported the Peel Commission's proposal for a two- state solution to the conflict between the Arabs and the Jews.
On al-Husseini's orders, Nashashibi Sheikh Abdul Rahman al-Khatib was shot in January 1938, Admon Nashashibi on 4 March 1938, and Sheikh Said al-Khatib on 6 March; on 9 November 1941, Fakhri Bey Nashashibi was assassinated. According to Zvi Elpeleg, the mufti's most important achievement during his tenure in Palestine was the British White Paper of 17 May, 1939...
islamists, nazis and democrats: the perfect storm.
