That plaza, outside the Presidential Palace, is a huge paved area, and it is not obvious where one could string people up. Also, it is surrounded by built up highways, and surveyed by lights and cameras. Yet there is absolutely no evidence of this event? Crowds are not allowed to gather outside the Presidential Palace, it is not like the squares in Cairo.
