Today there will be a world wide Evangelical Crusade live on television, radio, and HD via internet streaming. Starting at 4pm PT, 5pm MT, 6pm CT, and 7 pm ET, the Crusade will have live music by some of the top bands of Christian Rock Music. Mercy Me, Third, Day, Jeremy Camp and others will all lead the worship service. Since this event first took place in 1990, it has grown into a world wide phenomenon that the secular world is at a loss to understand, or report.
Well, the world may be confused and the MSM may never report about it, but those in attendance are experiencing the real thing as they become witnesses to testimonials, sing along with to worship music, and hear the gospel from a man who has become Billy Grahams successor to evangelizing the word of God to a lost World. One year when Greg Laurie invited people to come forward and put their faith in Christ, so many people came forward that the fire marshal had to step in to stop the flow of people onto Dodgers Field due to safety concerns.
Harvest Crusades has put on large-scale evangelistic outreaches around the United States along with Canada, Australia, and New Zealand joining. More than 4,405,000 people have attended a Harvest Crusades event in person, and more than 370,900 people have registered decisions of faith in Jesus Christ.
The Crusades are designed to be opportunities for Christians to invite family members, coworkers, friends, and acquaintances to hear the life-changing message of the gospel in an environment that is entertaining, yet nonthreatening.
The cornerstone of all the Harvest Crusade events is Pastor Greg Laurie (video below at blog) delivering a clear gospel message, and providing an opportunity for people to make a decision to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. This year Harvest is reaching out like never before. On August 26, Harvest is launching a nation-wide outreach called Harvest America, where the gospel message will reach millions through our modern technology.
The stage is set, the messages are prepared, and 1,913 host venues are poised to shine the light of Jesus this Sunday at Harvest America. Find a location near you and make plans to be there. If you can't show up in person, here's a link that outlines all of the ways you can view or listen to the event, including TV, Roku, web, and radio. More than just attending the event, now is the time for last-minute invites. Ask the Holy Spirit to bring someone to mind that you can invite. Then pick up the phone or walk across the street and ask them. And don't forget share it on Facebook as well. I will continue to be praying for you who are inviting, that God would give you boldness and tact and that He would remove obstacles and excuses for those who are being invited. Let me know what location you'll be attending by leaving me a comment on Facebook. I can't wait to see what God will do! Until Sunday, |

Leading worship at Pastor Greg Laurie's home church (Harvest Christian Fellowship in Riverside and Orange County California), the Harvest Worship Band is often charged with creating music that illustrates and enhances the themes of Laurie's messages. Such is the case with the band's latest release, "Hope for America." This anthem of hope was written as a theme song of sorts for the premiere of Harvest America, the nationwide proclamation of the gospel originating from Sunday's crusade in Anaheim.
This article has been presented in full, minus the videos,
so there is no need to visit my site. Unless you would
like to watch the video of Greg Laurie or any of the music
videos. However a complimentary hit and maybe a comment
if you so desire would not be looked down upon.
This Crusade will be a great way to spend a few hours with the family. Maybe you could invite a friend you have been trying to reach with the Gospel.

My daughter living now in SLC,Utah. Anyone know a good Christian bible teaching church near SLC?
I don’t know of one but here’s a bump for “a good Christian bible teaching church near SLC.”
Has this message been approved by the ACLU?
I feel so blessed....just spent the weekend at a Beth Moore event in Charleston, SC. It was totally awesome and reached deep inside of me. Her Biblical teaching is fantastic.
ping for information

Many of us were once LDS and many of us still have family and friends that are LDS. So, of course, we love you.
Our hearts ache for anyone involved with teachings beyond the Bible and it is our goal here to expose things that are contrary to the Bible. The Bible is God’s Word. It is inerrant and infallible.
Both the Old and New Testaments are strongly supported by manuscript evidence (the evidence of early hand written copies). The famous Dead Sea Scrolls are one example of the Old Testament evidence. These documents came from the library of a settlement founded at Qumran before 150 B.C. and abandoned about 68 A.D.
Some of the manuscript copies were made during that period, and some were written earlier (third century BC) and brought to the settlement. Ignoring spelling-oriented (orthographic) changes and similar small differences, the Dead Sea Scrolls match the Hebrew text behind today’s Old Testament, in spite of the passage of over 2,000 years (where one would expect errors to creep in).
It is our purpose to help you, not attack the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints or its members. We, the body of Christ, want you to know that we love you as Christ loves you. We have a heart that is heavily burdened with a desire to see you come to know the truth about Jesus the Christ.
Please, if you have questions or concerns contact us. Let’s discuss it.
God bless you...”
