Gracious Heavenly Father, We come boldly in the Beautiful and Holy Name of the LORD Jesus Christ, to make our requests known to You. We ask with hearts full of gratitude for Your grace, and mercy towards us. Thank You, for Your Promises that we hold on to in these times of war and struggle. We thank You for Your Holy Word that promises us, “ Now this is the confidence we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His Will,He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.” ( I John 5:14,15) We ask LORD Jesus that You would surround our American Heroes with Your favor, love, protection, wisdom, and mercy. “May Your Face shine upon Your servants,save them for Your Mercies sake.” ( Psalm 31:15) Please be with all of our nation’s defender’s,and whose that watch over us while we sleep to help You, keep us safe. We pray that all our Sheepdogs know that they are watched over by The Good Shepherd, the LORD Jesus Christ that loves them so much that He died for them.(John 3:16) May they never be lonely, may they know the Presence of Jesus Christ, wherever they go!(II Kings 6:17)

Dear God of Compassion, please have mercy on our Nation that has turned from You. Please forgive our sins! How we need You! We pray that we would have another great Revival so that the hearts and eyes of men would be opened to the One True Almighty God, before Your Return. In the Glorious Name of Jesus Christ, amen.

In the coldest and darkest days of the American Revolution, General George Washington raised his prayers for the survival of his beleaguered Army and of the new Nation. The Lord answered those prayers, upheld his Army through a punishing nadir to everlasting glory and bestowed His manifold benefits upon the new Nation.

In like manner, let our prayers now rise lie a fountain for our Heroes in the American Armed Forces who seek to secure the benefits of Freedom on behalf of a people hungry for them. Father, look on our prayers for them with favor, guide their steps in righteousness and keep them in the shelter of Your Healing Wings. Bless and uphold them in the performance of their Mission. Through Jesus Christ, Your Son, with the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever, Amen.
