COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — A retired Air Force chaplain was arrested Wednesday in a sexual assault case that detectives say involves at least four victims.

The suspect is 78-year-old David Grosse.

Police received a report of an alleged sexual assault on July 3 and opened their investigation at that time.

A Colorado Springs newspaper gives these details on his military background:
Grosse had assignments across the United States, from Connecticut to Alaska, but he eventually settled in Colorado Springs with his wife, according to a biography about him listed in a Church of the Nazarene student guide published in 2006. According to the biography, Grosse was ordained as a minister in the Church of the Nazarene in 1962. In 1964, he was commissioned an Air Force chaplain, and served in Japan and Korea along with his U.S. stations. In later years, he helped create and chair the Chaplain Advisory Council, on which he served from 1973 until 2000. He served as Alaska Air Command Chaplain at Elmendorf Air Force Base from 1991 until 1993, when he retired as a Colonel.

A retired Air Force chaplain...

Nothing to do with the story. Just more liberal media's slamming of the military. If he is 78, he has been out of the military for 30 years or more....

Your silence is deafening because behind every double standard lies an unconfessed single standard.
