Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Jerusalem In The Scriptures

Psalm 137(Excerpt)

4. How can we sing the songs of the Lord
while in a foreign land?
5. If I forget you, Jerusalem,
may my right hand forget its skill.
6. May my tongue cling to the roof of my mouth
if I do not remember you,
if I do not consider Jerusalem
my highest joy.

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Our Father In Heaven,
Magnified and Sanctified is Your Most Holy Name!
You Alone Are Worthy To Be Praised And Worshiped,
For Your Alone Are Holy,
Righteous,
and Infinitely Just!
You Are Eternally Faithful,
You Always Judge Rightly, With Grace and Truth,
Justice and Mercy,
Wisdom and Kindness,
Firmness and Gentleness.

In You, O LORD, I put my trust;
Let me never be put to shame.
Deliver me in Your righteousness,
and cause me to escape;
Incline Your ear to me, and save me.
Be my strong refuge,
To which I may resort continually;
For You are my rock and my fortress

4. How can we sing the songs of the Lord
while in a foreign land?
5. If I forget you, Jerusalem,
may my right hand forget its skill.
6. May my tongue cling to the roof of my mouth
if I do not remember you,
if I do not consider Jerusalem
my highest joy.

LORD, we Pray for The Peace of Jerusalem, Israel,
and all Your People.
We Pray that the evil plots and schemes of their enemies will be thwarted and laid to ruin.
We Pray that the leaders of the enemy,
who are also the enemy of Our Own Beloved USA,
be brought down in confusion and waste.
We Pray that the children of Ishmael who live within the borders of Israel
will cast off the chains of false religion and idolatry and embrace the One True God of Abraham,
However That Miracle may be Achieved,
In Your Will and In Your Good Timing.
LORD, We Pray for Your People Israel.
Cleanse Us All from unrighteousness,
Forgive us the sin of complacency in the face of cataclysmic world events,
and forgive us for not praying enough for your people!
Teach us to recognize Your signs,
but not to read our own ideas into them.
Do not allow us to try and manipulate people to our own agenda.
Please put a "check and balance" in our hearts if we try anything like that!
And most of all,
Dear Father,
Bring Redemption,
Peace and Prosperity to Your Holy Land,
and Your Chosen People.

AMEN

Everlasting Father, thank Thee, thank Thee for the stories of Abraham, Joseph, what did he do when his brothers sold him the youngest and the favorite of his father? Moses bringing Israel out of Egypt, Joshua becoming the leader of Israel crossing into the promised land, (which Moses was not allowed to enter). Daniel, he held to his faith and refused to do anything that did not agree with his faith, David, that had a heart for God and made mistakes galore, then the prophets,Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel,Job and his faith and suffering, ... speaking of God, calling the people to revivals, ... and others telling the predictives of the divine purpose in the future, ... God We are to learn from all the stories in the Holy Bible and see we are men just as they were/are. We are to have faith, obey God’s commands just as was agreed at Mount Sinai ...
Help us Lord, show mercy to the seekers desiring to know thee, in Jesus name and for his sake.
We rejoice in thy grace, lovingkindness, mercy, and compassion, we pray blessings and peace for Israel, Jerusalem, for the persecuted believers and for the lost and seeking, and for America to be blessed, and restored to our former faith, we love thee LORD.

Deuteronomy 6
King James Version (KJV)

6 Now these are the commandments, the statutes, and the judgments, which the Lord your God commanded to teach you, that ye might do them in the land whither ye go to possess it:

2 That thou mightest fear the Lord thy God, to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I command thee, thou, and thy son, and thy son’s son, all the days of thy life; and that thy days may be prolonged.

3 Hear therefore, O Israel, and observe to do it; that it may be well with thee, and that ye may increase mightily, as the Lord God of thy fathers hath promised thee, in the land that floweth with milk and honey.

4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:

5 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:

7 And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.

8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.

9 And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.

10 And it shall be, when the Lord thy God shall have brought thee into the land which he sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give thee great and goodly cities, which thou buildedst not,

11 And houses full of all good things, which thou filledst not, and wells digged, which thou diggedst not, vineyards and olive trees, which thou plantedst not; when thou shalt have eaten and be full;

12 Then beware lest thou forget the Lord, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.

13 Thou shalt fear the Lord thy God, and serve him, and shalt swear by his name.

14 Ye shall not go after other gods, of the gods of the people which are round about you;

15 (For the Lord thy God is a jealous God among you) lest the anger of the Lord thy God be kindled against thee, and destroy thee from off the face of the earth.

16 Ye shall not tempt the Lord your God, as ye tempted him in Massah.

17 Ye shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, and his testimonies, and his statutes, which he hath commanded thee.

18 And thou shalt do that which is right and good in the sight of the Lord: that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest go in and possess the good land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers.

and more ...

God changes not ...
