This 'nun' appears to have picked up a bad habit after she was caught on surveillance camera stealing beer from a convenience store.
The footage, posted on YouTube, offers little detail as to where and when the petty criminal was filmed, suggesting it could be a prankster trying out their Halloween costume a few weeks early.
In the clip, a person in a habit and long, dark dress walks up to the row of refrigerators and takes a can from the shelf, before dropping it into a pocket.
The 'nun' then shoplifts a bottle of water before grabbing another beer and taking off.
The video clip was posted to YouTube channel TheToshPoint on October 6 and has so far been viewed 8,000 times. It also featured on various news outlets, including News Channel 3 in Oklahoma.
Despite its dubious authenticity, it is not the first time that costumes have been used to enable illegal activity.

Alcoholism knows no boundaries.
Habitual drinker.
Looks like a man. Just saying.
Was the bottle of water she stole a chaser then?
She looks fairly old....she may very well be a nun.If so I find this sad.Nuns are human and imperfect like everyone else and they, too, can be alcoholics.Given the lonely, difficult lives they lead I’ll wager that more than a few are alcoholics.
They ran out of holy water in the rectory.
Nowadays the older nuns are way less likely to be in a traditional habit than younger nuns. If it was an older lady with a pastel pantsuit it would be more convincing.
In any case, truly breaking news.
Freegards
Really? I would think that it would be the other way around.Oh well.....
It’s Busch’s fault!
Post of the Day winner!
Anyone can rent or make a habit capable of fooling the general public. Once they have it it is an almost perfect way to remove oneself from suspicion. My opinion is that this “nun” is really a man in a cheap disguise.
