Our Loving Savior,

'Lord, with All my Heart I Thank You. I will Sing Your Praises before the Armies of Angels in Heaven. I Face Your Temple as I Worship, Giving Thanks to You for All Your Lovingkindness and Your Faithfulness, for Your Promises are Backed by All the Honor of Your Name.' (Ps.138:1,2) We are So Thankful for You, Father, and Rejoice in Your Redeeming Grace!

How can we Praise You Enough for our Troops, Dearest Lord? They are One of the Most Awesome Gifts You have Given to our Land. May You Go before them in All they Do; May Your Spirit Make their Pathway Smooth. May Jesus' Good Hand Give them Victory over their Hate-Filled Foes. Thank You, Father, that You are their Strength and their Shield. May this Prayer from Psalm 59:16,17 be in the Heart of Every Man: 'I will Sing of Your Strength, Lord, in the Morning I will Sing of Your Love; for You are my Fortress, my Refuge in Times of Trouble. O my Strength, I Sing Praise to You; You, O God, are my Fortress, my God of Mercy.'

Our Lord Most Compassionate and Kind, we Intercede for Thy Persecuted Lambs. Wherever they are throughout this Earth, Please Comfort them with Your Spirit's Peace. Thwart the Hands of Evil that are Raised Against them, Gracious King. Please Surround them with Grace, and Shelter them in Your Love. May their Enemies Repent, and Fall at King Jesus' Feet. We Love You, Lord, and Sing Out our Thanksgiving and
Praise.

In the coldest and darkest days of the American Revolution, General George Washington raised his prayers for the survival of his beleaguered Army and of the new Nation. The Lord answered those prayers, upheld his Army through a punishing nadir to everlasting glory and bestowed His manifold benefits upon the new Nation.

In like manner, let our prayers now rise lie a fountain for our Heroes in the American Armed Forces who seek to secure the benefits of Freedom on behalf of a people hungry for them. Father, look on our prayers for them with favor, guide their steps in righteousness and keep them in the shelter of Your Healing Wings. Bless and uphold them in the performance of their Mission. Through Jesus Christ, Your Son, with the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever, Amen.
