Dear Father in Heaven,
How Perfect You Are!
You Alone Are The One True God,
King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
When My heart Is Overwhelmed,
I Run To You,,
My Rock and My Fortress,
My Stronghold and My High Tower.
You Are My Rock.
Permanent, Eternal, Strong and Protecting.
And With You, I Know I am Safe.

We Plead For Israeli Control Over All the Holy Sites in Israel,
so that All Faiths may visit them.

I love to swim, but I sometimes get in over my head. Frantically, I reach down with my feet, trying to find a rock that will lift my chin above the water. Although this Passage actually refers to a High Rock, which is a tower of Strength, Refuge, and Permanence, The Rock that Lifts me up and saves me from drowning is what comes to my mind when i read this!
