“ Blessed be the Name of God forever and ever, For wisdom and might are His. And He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise, And knowledge to those who have understanding. He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, And light dwells with Him. “ I thank You and praise You, O God of my fathers; You have given me wisdom and might, And have now made known to me what we asked of You, For You have made known to us the king’s demand.” ~ Daniel 2:20-22 ~

“Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His Holy name! Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.” ~ Psalm 103:1-6 ~ Dear Father in Heaven, We enter Your courts with hearts full of praise! Let our cry come before You, O LORD; may our lips utter praise unto You! Thank You for the treasure of knowing You and being in Your Presence. May we bring You glory as we lift up these requests for our beloved Heroes who are serving their country.

We ask in the Precious Name of Our LORD Jesus Christ, for the protection of the marriages of our enlisted American Heroes. Please Glorious Creator, we ask that You put a hedge of protection around each and every American Heroe’s marriage. May Your grace enable them to honor their vows and to cherish their spouses Gracious LORD, please bless their children with Your grace and power. We pray that they will call upon You when they are lonely, and be comforted by the Glory of Your Presence. May they all come into a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.(Romans 10:13) Precious Jesus, please bring geniune Christians, whose are only Godly desire is to help bring them into the Kingdom of God.( “the God of Heaven will set up a Kingdom which shall never be destroyed.. Daniel 2:44) Please give them ears to hear, eyes to see, and a hearts willing to obey the Voice of the Living God! We rejoice that “ God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” ( John 3:16) Dear Lord, You are a kind and loving Father, may You be close to all the children that must be away from their Daddy’s and Mom’s. May they know they can call out to Jesus and He will be their Comforter, their Friend, and a Defender, and a Father, all the things any child needs ,Jesus is ALL, and so much more! How we Thank You and Love You! May You make Yourself known to these precious little ones while their parents fight to keep our country free. How we thank You for those that keep watch over these little ones, for Your Word speaks of them in Matthew 18: 10,11 “ Take heed that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that in heaven their angels always see the face of My Father who is in heaven. For the Son of Man has come to save the lost.” Thank You, Our Gracious LORD for providing children their own Guardian Angels to watch over them.

We pray with thankful hearts for this great country You have blessed us with. We ask for mercy on this land , because, Your Word declares, “the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting.” ( Ps.103:17) Our country has sunk in its values and morals. We pray for a revival and an awakening. Please send your Holy Spirit to this land to convict us of our sins and turn our eyes and hearts to Jesus Christ and make Him our Lord and Savior and King! We pray for those that are our leaders. Dear LORD, have mercy on these men and women that do not know You. I pray that the Holy Spirit will convict them of their need for You! May they open the door of their hearts and ask You in to fill the emptiness inside. Jesus says” I am the door; if anyone enters by Me, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.” (John 10:9)

We pray that You will protect and provide for our brave and courageous American Heroes, our Troops! Please guide them and direct their every step! We ask that You send Your compassion to them, and please encourage our mighty warriors with Your Love and Grace. May our Warriors that have suffered injuries during the Wars in the Middle East be encouraged and strengthened by the Love of Our LORD Jesus Christ. May the Beloved Savior comfort their hearts and protect them from discouragement. May He send them His grace and mercy. May Our LORD bless our Wounded Warriors with more courage and peace as they continue serving the Country they love.

Thank You for all Your tender mercies toward us. Thank You, for being so gracious, patient and kind. Your mercies are truly, new every morning! We worship, love, and adore You! Precious LORD, we ask these things for Your glory, and in Jesus Christ’s Most Holy Name, Amen.

Our Prayer; God’s Will

November 30, 2012

The handwritten prayer request was heartbreaking in its seeming impossibility: “Please pray—I have multiple sclerosis, weak muscles, trouble swallowing, increased pain, diminishing sight.” The woman’s body was breaking down, and I could sense despair in her plea for intercession.

But then came the hope—the strength that trumps the physical damage and degradation: “I know our blessed Savior is in full control. His will is of utmost importance to me.”

This person may have needed my prayers, but I needed something she had: unabated confidence in God. She seemed to present a perfect portrait of the truth God taught Paul when he asked for relief from his difficulty—what he called his “thorn in the flesh” (2 Cor. 12:7). His quest for relief turned out to be not just a seeming impossibility; his request was turned down flat by his heavenly Father. Paul’s continual struggle, which was clearly God’s will, was a valuable lesson: Through his weakness, God’s grace could be displayed and God’s strength was “made perfect” (v.9).

As we pour out our hearts to God, let’s be even more concerned with seeking His will than we are with receiving the answer we want. That’s where the grace and the strength come from.

Dear heavenly Father, I bring to You my petitions,
but I give to You my heart. While I plead for You to
answer my prayers, I also submit to Your will so that
my heart may be strengthened and Your work be done.
We pray not to obtain our will in heaven,
but to effect God’s will on earth.

Read: 2 Corinthians 12:7-10

I pleaded with the Lord three times that [a thorn in the flesh] might depart from me. —2 Corinthians 12:8

PRAYERS ASCENDING ON HIGH FOR OUR AMERICAN HEROES AND FOR OUR BELOVED NATION!

GEN. GEORGE WASHINGTON
THE PRAYER AT VALLEY FORGE

"Let Tyrants Shake Their Iron Rod"

In the coldest and darkest days of the American Revolution, General George Washington raised his prayers for the survival of his beleaguered Army and of the new Nation. The Lord answered those prayers, upheld his Army through a punishing nadir to everlasting glory and bestowed His manifold benefits upon the new Nation.

In like manner, let our prayers now rise lie a fountain for our Heroes in the American Armed Forces who seek to secure the benefits of Freedom on behalf of a people hungry for them. Father, look on our prayers for them with favor, guide their steps in righteousness and keep them in the shelter of Your Healing Wings. Bless and uphold them in the performance of their Mission. Through Jesus Christ, Your Son, with the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever, Amen.

Heavenly Father, Lord of the Nations, unto Your Divine Mercy we commend the souls of these brave men and women who have fallen in the service of our Beloved Nation and in defense of the Freedoms we hold dear. We pray that You gather them in Your loving embrace, that You cause Your countenance to shine upon them, and that You vouchsafe their souls to dwell eternally in Your Divine Presence. Through Jesus Christ Your Son, with the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever, Amen.

Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)
