How do Catholics Evangelize?

I’m not familiar with their methods.

Do they set up missions in various locals around the world, do good works and through their example others are drawn to The Lord?

They do INDEED set up missions in various locales around the world, do good works (schools, hospitals, charities... and through their example (lots of prayer, meditation on Scripture and progress in virtue)... others are drawn to The Lord.

(Please remember that all who call themselves “Catholic” do not necessarily live the way they are called to live.)

On the other hand, I evangelize as I go, and I dare say that many of the REAL Catholics here on FR do likewise.

If I am in the grocery store today and someone asks me how my weekend was I will tell that I had a great weekend attending church and doing a task for my priest. If they ask further — then it’s usually about which church, and that opens the door to invite them to attend Mass or an evening Adult Faith Formation.

We have learned from our other Christian brothers and sisters not to be fearful, for the Holy Spirit put the right words in our mouths.
