Prayers for a dear friend's husband, please
They are the best people in the world, good conservatives and are in need of a miracle.
All of you prayed for my sick puppy and she received a miracle healing.
This is much more important than that was.
Please pray that Dick will recive a miracle from God and that his lungs will heal or that his doctors will be able to find a better treatment for him.
I'm sorry this isn't elegantly worded but I'm sure that God and y'all know the "right words" being spoken in my heart.

An exhausting day, and still can’t sleep; so, I’m glad I saw this request. I pray to our Lord for His healing power to come into Dick’s life; to relieve his pain and suffering; and to restore ease of breathing to Dick’s tired lungs. I pray also for a release of the anguish and anxiety that has so tightly gripped Suzanne. May they both rest in His peace and protection, and may God bless them both and you.

Dear Lord, please extend Your loving grace to Dick, heal his lungs, grant him strength and improve his breathing, and comfort him and his family. I pray that You cure his COPD and mine, and ask these things in the name of Your Holy Son, Jesus Christ, Amen.

What breaks my heart [and terrifies me] is that in 7+ years I’ve known her, I’ve never once heard her say “I’m afraid”, in spite of many horrible things that have happened to her and the fact that she has MS.
It’s just not in her nature to fear.
I have a bad feeling things are worse than she’s letting on.
And she does absolutely adore her husband.
She’s clear on the other side of the country and that distance just makes it worse.
I can’t even hug her.
Thank you all for praying for someone you don’t even know.
But if you did know her and her hubby, you would love them just as much as I do.
They are, as we hillbillies say in highest praise, “good people”.
I sure hope so ‘cuz it’s all I’ve got.

Most of you have seen the fruits of your prayers in the videos of ‘Halla, nearly raised from the dead.
Except for her one leg being messed up, having trouble gaining weight and some blood/platelet issues, she’s doing *wonderfully*.
What a difference between the dying limp thing I once held and the feisty, bouncing little 15 pounds of needle teeth who joyously torments me every day.
God did that because of your prayers.
How much more will He do for one of His ~human~ children?

God can and does work miracles so I pray that this is a time that he will answer with complete healing for Dick. In Jesus name I pray.
Lord Jesus, there is nothing too hard for you. I lift my prayers up with all of my brothers and sisters who are praying here today for this gentleman’s healing. Please intervene, hear our prayers, and help this dear man. In the authority of Jesus’ name I make my request. So be it.
I just sent her an email with the videos of the puppy’s miraculous healing progress and told her about you all praying for that pup.
I told her to have hope because you’re some really awesome prayer warriors.
I have seen what God can do.
May God heal Dick as wonderfully as he healed my little pup.

I am definitely in your league Sal : | , but will certainly include Suzanne and Dick in our conversation. My mom also has COPD and just recently came through a bout with pneumonia, so I will ask my sister if they used any new and wondrous drugs or therapies to help her.

[hubby had just taught her to bark because she didn’t know how...obviously, she’s a quick learner...sorry about -his- crazy woofing] ;]
I have to get new videos because she’s *twice* as tall now.
She’s growing so fast that I think she’s too skinny.
The vet said to put her on ‘large breed puppy food’ but IMO, she’s losing weight on it.
[First we tried Origen and now are using Blue Buffalo]
Odin grew up on plain old Taste Of the Wild High Prairie and lots of fresh beef and Lord knows he had no ‘too skinny’ issues.
She may still just be cacthing up from the massive worm load *or* she’s going to take after her lean, lanky, leggy mom.
I don’t know but naturally, I worry and keep stuffing her with as much as she can eat.
But the little spitfire is happy, as you can see.

So I’m finding out.
When it rains, it pours.
My own hubby [he of the triple bypass] just bothered to tell me last week he’s having ‘funny feelings’ in his chest and shortness of breath.
So that’s why I’ve not been posting much.
I’m pretty overwhelmed, right now.
It’s been one step up and two steps back for a very long time.
It’s wearing on me.
