You are so right. Two seminarians died this last year — suddenly — unexpectedly. One in a swimming accident and one in an auto accident.

We never know the time we will meet Jesus and have to answer for our actions.

How true.

Advent is also a REMINDER that we could very well be CALLED TO COME HOME to God at any time.

Just this past fall season, I had LOST a beloved believer in Jesus, suddenly, my SO of 21 wonderful years together, his name was David. Also my older only brother, Ronald, in November, dying in his sleep.

Also a friend of a local all talk radio station, who just lost one of their own sports talk legend this past weekend, WTIC AM’s sports talk Arnold Dean, suddenly also.
