The sad fact is that for 180 years mormons have been working to destroy Christianity in order to substitute the polytheistic "man may become god" "the true gospel was removed from the earth" fiction of Joseph Smith.

There are 55,000 mormon missionaries going out every day proclaiming to Christians that their Christian faith is bogus and the only way to salvation is through arcane masonic rituals in mormon temples. The mormon church spends billions of dollars on TV and radio announcements claiming to be "the only true church on the face of the earth" and there are thousands of internet sites claiming the same thing.

Sad fact? The sad fact is that mormonism diminishes everyone who falls for it.

Nice try slick. Tell you what, you have a group attack and defame your Savior and faith with their very doctrine, to the point of it being fiction and lunacy and tell me that you, who had been directed by that very Savior to defend the faith, would sit back and say nothing and I will show you the definition of a person who lacks the courage of their convictions, as sadly more and more Christian do toady.

As far as the effects on this site, the Mormons a left primarily ranting amongst themselves. we claim at leas 3-5 souls saved and many more given pause and starting to question. I know of no Mormon converts on FR who joined because of their activities.

If the truth diminished FreeRepublic then the site would be as worthless as the DU. Since FR stands for the truth its dissenters have also gone off to sulk among themselves on a myriad of other ranting forums.
