Our Most Wonderful God, You are our Rock, higher than we. You are our shelter and our strong tower. We confess our trust and complete dependence on You on the basis of the integrity of Your Word. Thank You, Almighty One.

We pray today for our United States military and ask You for revelation for each one. Teach them by Your Spirit that You are their Rock and their Shelter. You are everything they need. With our faith, we believe You for their sanctification until such time as they allow You to reveal Your goodness and mercy towards them.

For our beloved United States citizens and for those in authority, we pray: Let fall in showers, you heavens, from above, and let the skies rain down righteousness [the pure, spiritual, heaven-born possibilities that have their foundation in the holy being of God]; let the earth open, and let them [skies and earth] sprout forth salvation, and let righteousness germinate and spring up [as plants do] together; I the Lord have created it. (Is. 45:8)

Thank You, Sir, for hearing and answering our prayers in Jesus’ name. Amen.
