Good for Ben Stein! (He gets some economics and other things wrong, but at his core he has some good integrity and, from time to time, good wisdom to share... He’s certainly not one of the many I’d recommend Automatically Tuning Out...)

I enjoy Ben Stein and his blog at American Spectator. But he isn’t pure.. that is to say, he is not a pure conservative, so many here at FR, just prattle on with the name calling.
I don’t agree with everything he says, I’m just saying I enjoy his writing, for the most part. He gets my thumbs up about 30 to 40 % of the time.

From reading the comments i assume Stein is a democrat or a liberal.
That being the case he obviously would not be my ideal in politics.
But since he told it just like it is i can,t help but say AMEN i don,t give a dam who he is.
