HUNTSVILLE, January 16, 2013 (LifeSiteNews.com) – An elderly woman was handcuffed and charged with misdemeanor harassment after spraying holy water outside a Huntsville abortion facility.

Joyce Fecteau, who is in her seventies, was arrested after pro-abortion counter protestors complained after coming into contact with holy water from the spray bottle she was carrying.

Pro-abortion demonstrator Lisa Cox accused Fecteau of spraying her in the face with an “unknown substance.” She claims the incident occurred December 22 on the sidewalk outside the “Alabama Women's Center for Reproductive Alternatives” abortion clinic.

As a result of Cox’s allegations, Fecteau was arrested outside the same clinic January 9 and charged with misdemeanor harassment. Video of the arrest shows the elderly Fecteau being escorted away from the abortion center by a Huntsville police officer as she continues to pray.

When it rains water falls from the heavens above ~ it isn't always announced. Certainly there's no requirement for people to tell everybody ~ 'water comin' through'.

Seriously, no one believes any RTL folks would spray a noxious substance on the abortion crowd. Doesn't mean they don't look forward to the time those same abortion folks get tossed into the everlasting lake of fire, or into outer darkness, whichever comes first.

I gotta agree with you, even though I have visions of the wicked witch of the west melting at the touch of water.

There were people who sprayed pro-lifers with urine (or at least that’s what it looked like in the spray bottles) during Operation Rescue protests outside abortion clinics.

If you are representing Christ and trying to be a witness for Him, there is no need to use the enemies methods when praying at an abortion clinic.

The prolifer sprayed the water because of the smell of PAGAN SMOKE being burned by the baby killers:

Watters said the “noxious material" mentioned by Fecteau was a “smudge stick” – a bundle of sage and other dried herbs frequently used in New Age, Pagan and Shamanist rituals. She said her group tries to make sure women get inside the abortion center “with as little harassment as possible.”

According to that testimony by the lil' ol' lady, she was trying to get the "offending smell of the smoke of the incense" neutralized.

If someone would light up a cigarette and blow the smoke in my face, I would be deeply offended.

In a sense, the woman was using the water to "defend herself from the foul smell of the burning CR@P" used by the PAGANS.

In the 1990's, there was an abortion mill in New Orleans where everyone who worked at it was a witch (aka, they practiced witchcraft).

So those practicing the occult, doing drugs, and other foul practices are common in abortion clinics.

In Norma McCorvey's 1994 book Won by Love, she explained of how common drugs and strange religions were in abortion clinics...

The lil' ol' lady was just spraying the water in the air because of the smoke was irritating her.

She claims she was not spraying the water at anyone but in response to the effects of the smoke.

Thank God she didn’t do it at an elementary school...
I’d have to hear and see Obama stand behind little children and ban Holy water....

The defense will argue that spraying Holy Water on someone is a form of religious expression and protected by the First Amendment.

Water that is blessed.

It is in the category of sacramentals used by the Catholic Church.

One of the more significant uses is in the sacrament of baptism, though holy water is not required.

I am not sure the origin -- if it dates back 2000 years or not...

It is also used by many branches of Christianity (not just Catholics).

The following article from the Catholic Encyclopedia is a good article to get some information:

Hey, folks in Bama take this holy water stuff pretty serious (I grew up there and swear this on a stack of Bibles). I will absolutely bet that the prosecutor tries very hard not to mention the word Holy Water in his summary with the judge. This would get on any judge’s mind and that of a jury.

Course, where did the Holy Water come from? How was it imported in Alabama? Was it registered with anyone? There will be some full investigation over stuff like this.

Outlaw “assault spray bottles” that carry more than ten shots of liquid in their magazines.

Nadler says spray bottles should only spray 3 times then break or need to be refilled..

Numbers 5:17

“And the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is in the floor of the tabernacle the priest shall take, and put it into the water.”

there’s no such thing as holy water.

Ask Satan that question. Also be reminded that in the Bible it is written that what the Church binds on earth is bound in heaven...
