The FIRST time a child is molested as a result of this ban being lifted, everyone who signed off on this should be held legally and financially responsible.
can this be stopped?
judging from the scouting website, this is a completed backroom deal as a transition to MANDATING homosexuals in the scouts.
The website makes the BS argument of not having a national policy anymore but local councils are going to be stripped of national support to keep their defense of children.
Those two should immediatly be pressured to resign.
The phone number should be reposted often and everyone please call the scouts to voice objection to this danger to children.
Boy Scouts of America phone number
Do scouting a favor, call.
The FIRST time a child is molested...”
...and there will be a 1st time. Pedophiles will be lining up to “take charge” of a troop. If they don’t get one, they sue the BSA.

By then it will be already too late.
The Boy Scouts has stood up against the liberal pressure and now is cracking under that pressure. If they do not fight, it will be the end of scouting for good.
By facing down oppression, standards must succeed. If there are no standard bearers, there will be no leaders to follow.
Doing the right thing will cost you but it is still worthwhile. America is looking to the scouts for leadership. How do you teach leadership when you cannot lead by example?
Other than Libtard parents (but I did state: "right mind").
This will be the death of that once-great organization.
I will not allow any son of mine to join the Blow Scouts.
One of the insider arguments going on in scouting forums is that BSA national needs corporate $$$ to pay for the inevitable law suits which will come out of the court-ordered ongoing release of BSA's ineligible volunteer files, i.e., those kicked out for bad behavior, especially child molestation. The current situation, which could change, is that National BSA pays for lawsuit settlements of victimized former Scouts, not the churches where the units are chartered. Much discussion whether the ground beneath our feet has shifted 10 ft. to the left on this matter.
