Once upon a time, persecuted Christians would seek refuge in the U.S.A. Not anymore.

Exactly. By the way, how does Putin’s government now treat Protestants and Jews?

Better than the the Radical muslims.

Perhaps not by much, but at least the Russians have not killed or sent them to camps in recent history.

The fact of the matter is that there are fewer and fewer places that are not becoming increasingly hostile to Jews and believing Christians.

It take very little imagination to envision a future in many places one will pay a heavy price or face serious negative consequences for being Jewish or not renouncing and denying Christ .

As for Jews I haven't heard of any substantial reason to complain. Judaism is one of 4 "traditional" religions in Russia. Many of the Russian super-rich are Jewish.

The protestants are treated differently, there're many kinds of them. It depends on for how long they have been there. Anyway, the Russian Orthodox Church is de-facto superior to any of them, and not only them, Roman Catholics also.
