YouTube can certainly be an embarrassment of riches. Just last night I found these two re-enactments of the Seder shel Pesach: one Sefaradi, and one Temani (Yemenite).
For the Sefaradi seder, click here.
For the Temani seder, click here.
Please note that these are re-enactments, as direct operation of electrical equipment is forbidden on yom tov.
I'm sure there's much more available for viewing, but this should hold all interested FReepers for now.
Wishing all a Pesach kasher vesameach!

I am on your Noachide Ping List Z.C.
But I thought I was also on your Reactionary, Neanderthal, pre-modern, THEOCRATIC Judaism ping list and I am not.
I would like to be though :)

Seder shel Pesach: one Sefaradi, and one Temani (Yemenite). Please tell us the difference. The Sefaradim ("Spanish") are those Jews whose ancestors lived in Spain and Portugal until the expulsions of 1492, after which they scattered throughout the Middle East. The term is also conventionally applied to native Middle Eastern Jews (technically "Mizrachim").
The Temanim are the ancient Yemenite Jewish community who for centuries lived in southern Arabia. Most of them came to Israel in the 1950's.
Since most Americans are used only to Ashkenazi ("German") Jews, I thought it might be a treat to see a Pesach seder as celebrated by these more unfamiliar and "exotic" communities.
