'Sing a New Song to the Lord! Sing it Everywhere Around the World! Sing Out His Praises; Bless His Name. Each Day Tell Someone that He Saves.' (Ps.96:1,2) We Come before You with Thankful Hearts, our Holy King of Saints. What a Wonderful God You are! Robed in Your Righteousness, and Covered with Your Love, we Sing Hosannas to Your Name!
Your Majesty, our Military Men and Women are Ever in our Prayers, and in our Hearts. May Each One Look to Jesus as His Salvation, Righteousness, and Eternal Life. Please Keep them Safe, Loving Lord, Sheltered Securely in Thy Hand. For our American Heroes we Pray Psalm 73:28, 'As for me, I Get as Close to Him as I can. I have Chosen Him, and I will Tell Everyone about the Wonderful Ways He Rescues me.'
Our Merciful Master, the State of our Nation Weighs So Heavily upon our Hearts. The People are Driven Mad with Sin, and Drink Daily of the Waters of Depravity, Lust, and Evil. O God our King, Please Bestow upon us Your Unmerited Grace, and Forgive us! We have Already Gone over the Cliff, but O Lord, You are the God of Miracles and of Great Grace. Please Turn us as we Plunge Toward Destruction, and Reverse our Course. 'Help us, O God of our Salvation. Help us for the Honor of Your Name. Oh, Save us and Forgive us our Sins. Turn us Again to Yourself, O God. Revive us to Trust in You.' (Ps.79:9, 80:3,18) 'If My People, which are Called by My Name, shall Humble themselves, and Pray, And Seek My Face, and Turn from their Wicked Ways; Then will I Hear from Heaven, and will Forgive their Sin, and will Heal their Land.' (2Chron.7:14)
Our Compassionate Father, we Pray that the Blight of Abortion in our Nation will End. Please Turn the Hearts of the People to Care for the Helpless and the Weak. We Cry Bitterly over this Terrible Sin, and with our Faces in the Dust we Plead for our Wicked Land. Please Change Many Hearts, Gracious Lord, and Turn them to Trust in Heaven's King. 'Turn us again, O Lord God of Hosts, and Cause Thy Face to Shine; and we Shall be Saved.' (Ps.80:19)
Thank You, Your Excellency. for Hearing and Answering our Prayers. Help us to Hold Forth the Word of Life to a Lost and Dying World. In Jesus' Name, for the Glory of the King of kings, amen.
Joining you in Prayer for Our American Heroes, and our Nation, on this National Day of Prayer.
Joining in prayer for our Heroes and our beloved Nation.
A missionary recently visited the Bible study I was attending. She described what it had been like to pack up her household, part with friends, and relocate to a distant country. When she and her family arrived, they were greeted with a flourishing drug-trade and hazardous roadways. The language barrier brought on bouts of loneliness. They contracted four different stomach viruses. And her oldest daughter narrowly escaped death after falling through a railing on an unsafe stairwell. They needed prayer.
The apostle Paul experienced danger and hardship as a missionary. He was imprisoned, shipwrecked, and beaten. Its no surprise that his letters contained pleas for prayer. He asked the believers in Thessalonica to pray for success in spreading the gospelthat Gods Word would run swiftly and be glorified (2 Thess. 3:1) and that God would deliver him from unreasonable and wicked men (v.2). Paul knew he would need to open [his] mouth boldly and declare the gospel (Eph. 6:19), which was yet another prayer request.
Do you know people who need supernatural help as they spread the good news of Christ? Remember Pauls appeal, Brethren, pray for us (2 Thess. 3:1), and intercede for them before the throne of our powerful God.

FYI: As today is National Day of Prayer, some of us gathered about the flag pole at the public high school in my small town. A few teachers, few of us in the community, and a dozen or more high school students circled the pole and took turns praying for the our country, the community, and the youth.
Yes, Father, let us once again be a Nation of praise unto You! We are joined in united hearts asking You for great grace, mercy and favor—totally unearned, but falling at Your throne of grace and asking based on the shed blood of Jesus. We need You.
May 2, 2013 NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER. . . . .therefore lift up your prayer for the remnant that is left. Isaiah 37:4
OH JESUS, I bow before YOU this morning, for there is no KINGDOM that is not YOURS, no GLORY that is not YOURS, no creature that is not YOURS, no breath that is not YOURS, no Praise that is not YOURS, no Nation that is not YOURS YOU ARE LORD OF ALL, and the FATHER has given ALL into YOUR HAND and COMMAND, and the HOLY SPIRIT has ordained YOU KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS, to the GLORY OF THE ONE TRUE GOD AMEN and AMEN
Dear LORD GOD, I pray with those in this nation today who Honor YOU, Know YOU, Love YOU, Trust YOU, and Serve YOU. YOU alone are Worthy to be Praised. Forgive this nation for forgetting YOUR HAND of Providence and Grace and have lost the gift of Thanksgiving. Forgive this nation for forgetting YOUR Holiness and allowing such heinous laws to approve sin. Forgive this nation for forgetting YOUR MERCY which is leading many souls to hell. OH LORD GOD, I stand with the remnant today, and ask for a renewal , restoration and blessing to be upon our NATION once again. I pray for DIVINE HOPE and ALMIGHTY STRENGTH to rest in the hearts of our soldiers. I pray our country will once again recite these words together: ONE Nation under GOD, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.” Amen.
Our Father, which art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy will be done in earth,
As it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive them that trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
The power, and the glory,
For ever and ever.
Praying your prayer with you, Kitty.
