If there is no salvation outside the Church, and the Church has been a fraud since 1960, has no one been saved in 50 years?

The Church has never been a fraud. The Church's prudential judgment in dealing with private revelations does not invalidate her teachings or authority. Christ gave Peter the keys and the authority to lose and bind. A bad call on a private revelation does not take those keys and that authority back.
Anyone validly baptized by water in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit is part of the Church and can be saved. Outside the Church there is no salvation, but not everyone who is saved is a formal member of the Church.
