You’re being a little ambiguous.
The Ordinary makes all pastoral assignments in his diocese. He may be advised by a committee, parish council, vicar for clergy, etc, but the decison is the bishops and his alone.
What is the problem with the pastor?
Replacing one requires some background on moral turpitude, or something of that nature. Merely being a leftist loon these days does not a recall make.
You want to get rid of your pastor, or you are upset that you are getting a new one?
In any event, the bishop giveth and the bishop taketh away.

Usually a priest is assigned to a parish for six years. That can be extended another six. But then, unless a new church is being built, the priest will be moved to another parish at the discretion of the Bishop/Archbishop.
This is normal. There are exceptions; I’ve known for an older priest to stay at a smaller parish for years and years, and to the contrary, I’ve know priests who were only in a parish for one year before they were sent back for more schooling.

On the other hand we’ve had Baptist friends whose churches became embroiled in very bitter, divisive knock-down battles over whether to fire or hire a pastor.
And whatever you do, don't post a Vanity right away. Especially if it doesn't make any sense.
The Catholic Church gets this right in principle, and usually right in practice. Moving the pastor as a normal matter of course prevents the cult of personality forming, and eliminates any stigma that might be associated with being transferred. The hierarchical decision-making also prevents the acrimony within the community.

Yes, fighting the Bishop over a pastoral assignment will only result in the kind of division and turmoil that afflicts our Protestant brothers and sisters.
