The Obama administration “strongly objects” to a proposed House amendment to the defense authorization bill which would require, in the words of its sponsor, Rep. John Fleming, R-La., “the Armed Forces to accommodate ‘actions and speech’ reflecting the conscience, moral, principles or religious beliefs of the member.” Fox News has the story. Fleming points to evidence that Christian service members and chaplains are being penalized for expressing their faith. Examples: •The Air Force censored a video created by a chaplain because it include the word “God.” The Air Force feared the word might offend Muslims and atheists.
•A service member received a “severe and possibly career-ending reprimand” for expressing his faith’s religious position about homosexuality in a personal religious blog.
•A senior military official at Fort Campbell sent out a lengthy email officially instructing officers to recognize “the religious right in America” as a “domestic hate group” akin to the KKK and Neo-Nazis because of its opposition to homosexual behavior.
•A chaplain was relieved of his command over a military chapel because, consistent with DOMA’s definition of marriage, he could not allow same-sex weddings to take place in the chapel.
The Obama administration evidently thinks it important that such actions continue to be taken.
There’s a tension between this policy–arguably suppressing expressions of Christian faith–with the White House’s assurance, according to Investor’s Business Daily, that FBI surveillance not including any investigation of mosques.....

These marxists are screwing with the wrong people. Guess Obambi hasn't gotten the clue about him being the biggest reason for gun/ammo purchases. He also hasn't gotten the clue about the hundreds of Sheriffs that will refuse any attempt to confiscate said weapons.
Glad to see the Obambi Chicago thug marxist regime over-reaching. That said, there will be no RWII. He is going to sink himself and his party. When I read every day about a liberal going ballistic over the IRS and NSA invasions on their 4th Amendment rights, I know that the change is in the wind.
I fear the change will be legislation further tightening down on freedoms and an assurance they can never be reclaimed.

I agree. It will get infinitely worse, before it gets better, in, let's say, about 80 years. That is about how long it took communism to collapse in Russia. It will probably take about the same length of time to collapse here. Of course, we will put up a squawk, but in the end, we will take it in the shorts. I also believe, that after MANY YEARS of conditioning and indoctrination, the military WILL fire on American civilians. The only one who can save America, is God, if we will turn to Him. Since it does not appear this will happen, I don't see much hope for the future. Sorry, I wish with all my heart, that I could be more positive than that, but I can't. Now, I feel it is time for you younger people to take up the fight. I have given about 50 years to fighting the slime bags on the left.
You're too optimistic. I won't be the least surprised to see this happen before Obuttwipe's term is out.
