In the OT, divorce was grudgingly tolerated. Homosexuality was a capital crime.

In the NT, divorce was returned to status of unacceptable. Homosexuality was moved to one step from “the unpardonable sin”.

Nowhere in Scripture is homosexuality tolerated. Divorce was at least legally formalized.

Not only that, but there is not (to my knowledge) even on instance of marital sex in the procreative form, which is ever condemned in the Bible, or one instance of non-marital sex, or not in the procreative form, which is ever approved.

If I am wrong about this, somebody correct me. Seriously.

The one act of contraception reported in the Bible (it was marital, but deliberately turned away from procreation) was in Genesis 38, "... and what he did was evil in the sight of the Lord, and the Lord slew him also."

God's opinion of contraception.
