My older brother Bill is battling esophageal cancer which has moved into his stomach. He is in good spirits but I am beginning to think he is putting on a brave face for all of us. The red cross has brought my nephew Erin back from deployment in Korea for a visit and I planned to take them into Chicago for a day at Navy Pier yesterday but he wasn’t well enough for the trip. Please keep my big brother in your prayers today.
We humbly ask this in the name of your Son, Jesus....Amen, Abba Father, so be it.

Thank you, everyone for your continued prayers. Bill’s white count has crashed and he has been in the hospital since last Monday.
He has only one last chemo scheduled but he’s too weak. He is putting up a good fight but this is a rough battle and he will need all the strength from our prayers to keep fighting.

Thank you for the update. The same thing happened to me (white blood count crashed) after the very first chemo treatment. Praying now that your brother Bill’s doctors are able to help him as well as mine helped me. God bless.
