I am a neice of Gabrielle Dauray Mee and my aunt was swept off her feet when she was elderly and she had severe medical problems and this religious cult bilked her out of our family money. Let it happen to YOUR family. Are you just jealous????? I think the Catholics in general are despicable and this is coming from a adult who was brought up Catholic and my uncle started the Catholic Church in Providence. Do some homework and look up Monsignor Dauray please. What the Legionaires did and now Mary Lou Dauray trying to get the funds for herself - that is what makes me sick. Mary Lou Dauray has no right to try and take the funds for herself!

Mary Lou Dauray has set up “Charities” to give to in all her childrens names and herself. Really take a look at the so called charities she is trying to give to and look up her record. Mary Lou Dauray never gave a dime until 2008 when my aunt died. See a trend there. Please do your homework and this is from another niece of Gabrielle Dauray Mee - Monique Dauray!

Actually, my Parents cut me out of their will when my daughter, and I became Catholics. I've taken care of them for years, and my Mom, who I care for is near 90 has alzheimer's, and is quickly depleting my financial resources.. I guess I just hope that after this through a glass darkly life, my parents will see their error...or maybe it's a redemption through suffering thing on my part.

The siblings who will inherit everything, and have complete financial control of their assets have nothing to do with my Parents...not a call, not a Christmas Card, nothing.

I am sorry for the enmity within your family over your Aunt's Estate.. For me, I just choose to not worry about the temporal. Some days it's easier than others.

I am protestant, and there have been leaders in my church who disgusted me, including an issue with another minister and a bishop who I thought were way out of line. Despicable might have been the perfect word. The difference is that I don’t generalize from those individuals, including leadership, to the entire church. I have theological reasons for not being Catholic, and I have known several Catholics who disgusted me, but most Church members and most Church leaders are honorable people who impress me. I would not generalize from a few individuals or one group that went astray to the entire Church.

With the lawsuit, it is an individual who is out of line, and that sustained, inappropriate behavior is enough for me to reach the obvious conclusion about the individual filing the frivolous lawsuit.
