"We are all complicit in the 'culture of death' that has rocked the world. How many of us can honestly say that we have done our best to ensure the protection of all of the vulnerable, whether they be in a womb, in a wheelchair, or in a coma? I, for one, certainly cannot. When the decision is made as a cost/benefit one rather than a moral one, it’s going to get very dicey. I read that one of the EU countries is going to start providing the Soylent Green option so you can off yourself. For anyone who was paying attention to the Terri Schiavo debacle, you would have found out that simply feeding her was considered a medical treatment that could be withheld. We are at war, folks, on all levels - a war for our very souls.
