I had never heard of the Blessed Vladimir before. I’m going to mouse around of the Internet a bit and try to learn a little more about him. I see the Communists killed him in 1954. Blessed Vladimir, pray for us.

I had not heard of him either until just this last week when there was an announcement about his beatification.
