Father, as the Southern Baptists ban their military chaplains from participating in homosexual marriage ceremonies, we thank You for this act of faithfulness, and we pray to You, that You will keep them in this conviction and inspire all our military's chaplains to serve You first.
Lord, we pray for the innocent in Syria, remembering especially Your people, and ask You to save them from the schemes and attacks of the wicked.
O Sovereign LORD, we have made You our refuge. Those who are far from You will perish; You destroy all who are unfaithful to You. But as for us, it is good to be near God. We are always with You; You hold us by our right hand. You guide us with Your counsel, and afterward You will take us into glory. Whom have we in heaven but You? And earth has nothing we desire besides You our pearl of great price, worth more than all the world. Our flesh and our heart may fail, but You, O God, are the strength of our heart and our portion forever. We praise You our strength, our reward in the Name of Jesus who loves us, Amen.
Come and pray.
Joining you in prayer.
On the FlightAware website, Kathy checked the progress of the small plane her husband Chuck was piloting to Chicago. With a few clicks, she could track when he took off, where his flight was at any moment, and exactly when he would land. A few decades earlier when Chuck was a pilot in West Africa, Kathys only contact had been a high-frequency radio. She recalls one occasion when 3 days had passed before she was able to reach him. She had no way of knowing that he was safe but unable to fly because the airplane had been damaged.
But God was always aware of exactly where Chuck was and what he was doing, just as He is with us (Job 34:21). Nothing is hidden from His sight (Heb. 4:13). He knows our thoughts and our words (1 Chron. 28:9; Ps. 139:4). And He knows what will happen in the future (Isa. 46:10).
God knows everything (1 John 3:20), and He knows you and me intimately (Ps. 139:1-10). He is aware of each temptation, each broken heart, each illness, each worry, each sorrow we face.
What a comfort to experience care from the One of whom it is said, Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! (Rom. 11:33).

OH LORD, thank YOU for those who remained faithful to YOU, in response to THY GREAT FAITHFULNESS toward us..Amen. Thank YOU for gifting those in YOUR CHURCH with the conviction and zeal to follow YOU not man. Bless our chaplains with strong hearts, strong minds, strong souls, and strong strength so that nothing and noone can interfere with their LOVE for YOU. Help them to encourage our men and women to do the same as they serve this country and serve OUR GOD and families. May this be just the beginning of no turning back but moving forward steadfast in the FREEDOM from sin that is in CHRIST JESUS OUR VICTORIOUS LORD...Amen.
Amen.
Heavenly Father,
Each day we turn to You, our greatest advocate, and ask for Your mercy and blessings. We pray, too, for shelter from the storm stirred up by the evil one and his minions. Please wrap Your protective and healing arms around our heroes and us all as we struggle to take back our once-proud and God-loving country. We look forward to the day when peace and justice will prevail, and we no longer have to look over our shoulders for fear of hateful reprisal.
We humbly ask these favors in Jesus’ Holy Name.
Amen
Joining you to pray for our Heroes and our beloved Nation.
Blessings to all, etabeta

AMEN. What a sweet spirit you all share.
Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. (Matthew 5:11-12)
