It's the first time the Albany diocese has been ordered by a court to fully disclose its confidential files on priests and other employees accused of sexual abuse.

The records have been sealed and are only available to litigants. Considering Gary Mercure's history of "systematically raping and abusing altar boys for years", this could spell another round of charges, lawsuits and scandal for the Albany diocese.

Another corrupt judge. Even if this guy WAS raped, which is evidently under further litigation here, the only relevant thing would be the records concerning the alleged rapist he is suing.
Turn over ALL the records? Gee, somebody should sue the judge and make the state turn over ALL their confidential judicial records for the past 40 years.
